UOB BizFlex - Key Benefits and Service:

Flexible : UOB BizFlex is a special package that focuses on
flexible collateral and credit limits that can be adjusted in
compliance with Bank’s regulations to suit your needs and
abilities.

Speedy : Receive conditional approval³ within only 5 working
days after submitting all elementary documents.

Prompt : Quick turn around time and prompt credit approval
processes when:

	Bank deposits or government bonds used as collateral - 100% of appraised value.
	Property used as collateral (on Bank’s approved list) - maximum credit limit up to 60% of collateral’s value.

3. The final credit approval depends on collateral appraisal results and all loans are  subject to the criteria determined by the Bank.

Types of Service

1) Provides a minimum credit limit of THB 300,000 and
maximum credit limit of up to THB 40 million.⁴

2) Provides 4 major credit products to fulfill your financial needs:

	Working capital credit line such as Overdrafts and Promissory Notes
	Long-term Loans
	Trade finances and services for importers and exporters such as Letters of Credit, Trust receipts, and Packing Credits
	Letter of Guarantee, Acceptances, and Avals

3) Collateral: Bank will consider collateral that comply with its
regulations including Bank Deposits, Mutual Funds,
Residences, Commercial Residences, Factories, etc.
Bank reserves the right not to consider some types of collateral
such as gold and gold notes.

4) Interest rate – UOB BizFlex business rates are related to MLR
or MOR – refer to announced bank rates.

are subject to the criteria determined by the Bank.

Borrowers Qualifications

• Individuals (Thai) or Thai juristic persons.
• Business operations income (group sales) between THB 2 million –
  THB 400 million.
• At least 3 years business operating experience.
• Sound financial status record:
  • Audited Statement - no operational losses in past three
    consecutive years and company has positive net worth
    (juristic person).
• Not an NPL in past three years.
• Provides consent letter - to check the borrower’s and guarantor’s
  status in Credit Bureau.⁵
