The Bank of Thailand's Rules and Regulations

Effective Date: 1st April, 2004

Bank of Thailand require that a form called the Foreign Exchange transaction form be completed for all foreign fund transfers to/ from Thailand with value equivalent to US$ 20,000 or more.
