UOB Lady’s Card and TAT explore 5 new routes

UOB (Thai) Personal Financial Services in collaboration with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) launches its fourth year of the Lady Journeyprogramme, exclusively for UOB Lady’s Card holders.

Khun YuttachaiTeyarachakul, Executive Director of Personal Financial Services, UOB (Thai), Khun Busba Virochpoka, Executive Director of Brand Performance and Corporate Communications, UOB (Thai), and KhunVilaiwanTwichasri, Deputy Governor for Marketing and Communications of TAT were present at the “Travel and Beyond…ท่องเที่ยวเปิดประสบการณ์” event, recently held at the Oriental Residence, Bangkok.

UOB Lady’s Card holders will get to venture off the beaten path and discover the hidden charms of Thailand in the lesser-known towns, a total of 5 routes from May to September, 2014.

Routes start inBuriram province where visitors can see the stone temples, volcanic sites and silk making, followed by Phagnanisland in Suratthani province. The third route will start in Lampoon and Lampang provinces to discover the origins of Lanna. Learn about the local heritage and the life along the vital Sakaekrangriver in Utaithaniprovince, and the last route will be an adventurous trek inPrachinburi and Srakaew provincesin its lush forest.

Khun Yuttachai said UOB (Thai) has pioneered the gender market with the UOB Lady’s Card. The collaboration between UOB Lady’s Card and TAT is a well-served programme offered to UOB’s lady customers who are independent, adventurous and enjoy travelling. This is an opportunity to also support Thailand’s tourism industry.
