Account Summary

You are able to check the balance of your savings accounts, current accounts, fixed accounts, and credit/debit card accounts in real-time, or specific date or date range 24 hours.
  • Select the menu "Account Information" > "Account Summary" and click the account you wish to check.
  • Select the date you wish to check by choosing current date, current month, previous month, or time "from" and "to" then click "Submit". The date you select must be within 90 days.
  • All the account transaction matched with the search criteria will be shown on your screen.

Online Activity History

You are able to view your transaction up to the last 90 days.
  • Select the menu "Account Information" > "Online Activity History" and click the account you wish to check.
  • Select the range you wish to view transaction history and click "Submit". The date you select must be within 90 days.
  • All the transaction history matched with the search criteria will be shown on your screen.

Online Transaction Status

You are able to view transaction status of Bill Payment, Online Money Order, Global Fund Transfer, Funds Transfer within your own accounts, third party accounts or other banks accounts up to 90 days.
  • Select the menu "Account Information" > "Online Transaction Status" and click the account you wish to check.
  • Select the "Date Range" you wish to view transaction status. The date you select must be within 90 days.
  • Select "Transaction Status" and choose PIB as channel indicator then click "Submit".
  • All the transaction status matched with the search criteria will be shown on your screen.

Credit Card Temporary Limit increase

You are able to request for a credit card temporary limit increase easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking and know instantly if it is approved.
  • elect the menu "Account Information" > "Credit Card Temporary Limit increase" and click the credit card account you wish to increase the limit.
  • Select the new limit and the reason why you would like to increase your credit card limit temporarily then click "Submit"
Remark : Credit Card Temporary Limit increase is applicable for primary card only. The supplementary card cannot perform this service.

Manage My Accounts - Account Summary View

You are able to manage your Account Summary View page and Homepage to facilitate your activities via UOB Personal Internet Banking. Simply click the account numbers you wish to be shown on the Account Summary View page and Homepage to manage those pages by yourself.

Manage My Accounts - Account Alias

You are able to create a label for each of your UOB account for your own reference.

Link-Delink Accounts

You are able to Link or Delink the account shown in UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself 24 hours. The account you Link or Delink will reflect immediately upon success of the transaction.
  • Click the menu "Account Information" > "Manage My Accounts."
  • Click the menu "Link Accounts" or "Delink Accounts" then click "Submit"
  • Fill in 6 digit numbers OTP received from SMS or SecurePlus token in the box then click "Submit"
  • The account you Link or Delink will reflect immediately upon success of the transaction.

Cheque Services

Cheque Book Request

Customers who have current accounts with UOB are able to request for cheque book easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself.
  • Click the menu "Account Information" > "Manage My Accounts" > "Cheque Book Request."
  • Click "Current Account Number" and fill in "Numbers of cheque books" and "Preferred Collection Branch" then click "Submit."
  • Please check the detail of the cheque books then click "Confirm" The cheque books will be ordered immediately upon success of the transaction.
Remark : You are able to request cheque book up to 2 cheque books/transaction. The request transaction per days is unlimited.

Cheque Status Enquiry

You are able to enquire up to a maximum of 5 cheques status by yourself.
  • Click the menu "Account Information" > "Manage My Accounts" > "Cheque Status Enquiry."
  • Click "Current Account Number" and fill in "Cheque Number" you wish to enquire then click "Submit."
  • All the cheque transaction status matched with the search criteria will be shown on your screen.

Stop Cheque Payment

Customers who have current accounts with UOB are able to stop cheque payment easily via UOB Personal Internet Banking by yourself.
  • Click the menu "Account Information" > "Manage My Accounts" > "Stop Cheque Payment."
  • Click "Current Account Number" and fill in "Cheque Number" you wish to stop then click "Submit."
  • Please check the detail of the cheque you wish to stop then click "Confirm" The cheque will be stopped immediately upon success of the transaction.
Remark : You can stop cheque payment up to 5 cheques/transaction by filling in the first and last cheque numbers. However, the cheques numbers must be in consecutive order.
