Terms and Conditions:
  1. Only UOBT credit cardholders (excluding corporate cards) with good payment history up until the date of drawing are eligible to participate in the prize drawing. Please register only once throughout campaign period.
  2. Every THB 1,000 spent per sales slip is eligible for an entry.
  3. Bank will conduct a lucky draw to select lucky draw winners on February 28, 2017 (2 pm.) at Bangkok Golf Spa Resort 99/3, Moo 2, Tiwanon Road, Bangkradee, Muang, Pathumthani. The result of the lucky draw will be announced on March 1, 2017 at United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL. and www.uob.co.th. All winners will be notified by registered mail within March 10, 2017.
  4. All winners must claim their prizes in person and present UOB credit card, I.D. card, household registration and Bank’s letter notifying the winning within April 30, 2017 at United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL, Head Office during banking hours Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and given to runners-up who were chosen as runners-up during the prize drawing.
  5. The prizes are non-transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  6. One prize per customer only. In the event that a customer wins more than 1 prize, he will be allotted with a prize with the highest value. All winners must be primary credit cardholders only.
  7. The prize winners are liable to pay a 5% withholding tax on the prize value which Bank will charge the withholding tax to the winner’s UOBT credit card. If the winner refuses to pay the 5 % withholding tax, it shall be deemed that the winner forfeits the prize.

  9. Air ticket price includes airport tax and fuel surcharge.
  10. Tickets must be issued and travel must take place between March 10 – September 30, 2017.

  12. All UOBT employees and/ or their family members are not eligible for this lucky draw.
  13. By acceptance of the prize, winners consent to the use of their photos for advertising purpose in any and all media, including online announcements, without additional compensation and limitation of usage.
