I have received a letter from the bank informing me of the Integration of financial services. Can you tell me what it is about?

We are pleased to inform you that UOB Radanasin (UOBR) will be integrated into Bank of Asia (BOA) on 28 November 2005 and the enlarged BOA will be renamed UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited. The letter is to inform you of the alignment of the terms and conditions of our financial services and the wider range of products and services that you will get to enjoy.

As a customer, how would the integration benefit me?

For UOBR Customers

• Additional banking outlets. Branch outlets are now 154 vs 35. Some branches have longer service hour and on weekends/ holidays.
• Customers can access over 400 ATM/CDM outlets, and Passbook update machines.
• Customers can apply to UOB phone banking, UOB CyberBanking for inquiry and doing financial transactions for 7 days/24 hours.
• New services / new product offerings with support and know-how from UOB Group
• Credit Card customers can pay their credit card bills at Post Office.

For BOA Customers

• Additional 27 branch banking outlets.
• For loan and cards customers, they will be more convenience in having additional payment channels: Counter Service/ SCB/ BAY.
• New services / new product offerings with support and know-how from UOB Group
