3. Can I still use my T-PIN for the new IVR?
For customers with BOA Account only
You may continue to use your existing T-PIN. However, from
28 November 2005, the IVR system would automatically ask you
to change your PIN from 4 digits to 7 digits. After the PIN
has been changed to 7 digits, you can proceed to do the normal
transactions.
For customers with UOBR Account only
With effect from 28 November 2005, you would need to apply
for a new T-PIN on the spot through the IVR system. After
you have obtained the new T-PIN, you can proceed to do enquiries
using the new T-PIN.
Should you wish to perform monetary transactions/gift redemption
via IVR, you would need to apply for a new T–PIN at any UOB
branches/ATMs. The T-PIN would be sent to you 7 days later.
For customers with both UOBR / BOA Accounts
You would need to change your 4 digits
T-PIN for the PIN change via IVR. After you have changed the
T-PIN from 4 digits to 7 digits, you can proceed to do his
normal transactions.
