UOB (Thai) holds OGM No.19

UOB (Thai) recently held Ordinary General Meeting No.19 chaired by Mr. Wee Ee Cheong, Deputy Chairman. The meeting was well attended by other members of the board such as Mr. Kim Choong Wong, President & CEO, Mr. Chua Teng Hui, Deputy President & Deputy CEO, Mr. Lee Chin Yong, and Mr. Cheo Chai Hong, Director, Mr. Suebtrakul Soonthornthum, Mr. Chinnawat Bulsuk, and Mr. Arun Chirachavala, Independent Director. Organized at the 2nd Floor, Meeting Room, Sathon Building, main agenda included approval of audited balance sheet and the profit and loss statement as of December Wong, President report of the Board of Directors, consideration and approve the dividend payment for the year 2010 financial year, and appointment of directors to replace those who vacate their office upon expiry of their term.
