UOBT holds OGM No.18

United Overseas Bank ( Thai ) PCL recently held Ordinary General Meeting No.18 chaired by Khun Chinnawat Bulsuk ( 3rd from right ), Independent Director. The meeting was well attended by other members of the board such as Khun Kim Choong Wong (3rd from left ), President & CEO, Khun Chua Teng Hui ( 2nd from right ), Deputy President & Deputy CEO, at 2nd fl. Meeting Room, Sathon Building. Main agenda included approval of audited balance sheet and the profit and loss statement as at December 31, 2009.
