Privilege
- The Taveesup Savings Account offers a
preferential tax-free interest rate for accounts with outstanding
balance at least THB 10,000 up to THB 2,000,000* (for lump
sum amount).
- Interest earned up to THB 20,000 per
year is tax-free.
- The daily maximum withdrawal by ATM is
up to THB 40,000 (Mon.-Fri.) and up to THB 80,000 (Sat.-Sun.)
- The deposits and withdrawals can be made
at any UOBT Branch.
- UOB CyberBanking : a 24 hours/7 days
a week Internet based banking service.
Criteria
- Minimum initial deposit of THB 1,000.
- No interest is paid on outstanding balances less than
THB 10,000.
- For balances above THB 2,000,000* ,
would apply interest rate equivalent to the regular savings
rate (for lump sum amount).
* The condition will be changed as bank announcement.
Applicant Requirements
- Minimum age is 15 years old.
Supporting documents
- A certified copy of Identification card.
Fee
- THB 50 per month per account if monthly
average balance is less than THB 5,000 and no other banking
services are used except ATM card.
- THB 50 per month per
account if there are no transactions for more than 1 year
and the outstanding balance is less than THB 2,000.
