• Maximum 100% Loan to Value (LTV) of the appraisal value or the purchase price,
whichever is lower.
Remark :
In the event that the asset is equivalent to or more than Baht 10 Million, maximum LTV
is 70% of total appraisal value or total sales price, whichever is lower.
• Maximum loan tenor is 30 years. However, loan tenor + age of borrower must not
exceed 60 years for salaried customers and not over 65 years for self-employed /
government sector customers.
Preliminary Borrower Qualifications and Collateral Selection
• Minimum monthly income of Baht 20,000.-
(with maximum number of co-borrowers of 3 persons).
• Must have regular and normal repayment record in National Credit Bureau (NCB).
• The collateral must have appraisal value of more than Baht 1 Million.
• Loan size: minimum of Baht 500,000 and maximum Baht 20 Million.
• The collateral must be for residential usage and owner occupied purposes only.
• A foreigner who has Thai spouses can apply for housing loans through his or
her Thai spouse.
