Terms and Conditions

  • Accumulated spending mean spending which exclude spending on Mutual Funds, Unbilled payment, Cash Withdrawal, UOB Cash Plus, Fund transfer, Money Exchange, all Interest & Fees and cancellation transactions, and payment for gasoline at the gas station.
  • Rewards points shall not be awarded for any payment in excess of the approved credit line for each credit card even though the Card holder has already made the payment for such credit card in order to cover such payment in excess of the approved credit line.

Terms and conditions: Dine Shop and Gas 10 THB = 1 Point

  • Faster Rewards points Earn with 10 Baht = 1 Rewards Point on (i) spending from Dining, Department Store, Supermarket/Hypermarket and Gasoline for spending up to 100,000 Baht/cycle. For spending over 100,001 Baht/cycle will get normal rewards points (20 Baht = 1 point), and (ii) spending up to 10,000 Baht/cycle of Gasoline spending. For Spending over 10,001 Baht of Gasoline spending, no rewards point will be earned.
  • Special rewards points will be given to only spending from categories listed above which was referred from VISA both local and overseas spending.
  • These special rewards points shall apply to the spending from October 1, 2018 onward.

Free 24-hours Roadside Assistance services. Simply call 02203-9797 when you need any assistance

  1. Emergency Roadside Repair
    If a covered vehicle is immobilized (except on a private residence) due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, UOB Roadside Assistance at the request of the Cardmembers will arrange for roadside repair service with maximum expense of 500 THB/incident and maximum of 2 times/year (Not include any spares or tools price)
  2. Emergency Towing Service
    If the immobilized covered vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, UOB Roadside Assistance will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to nearest suitable repairer, or to a place requested the cardmember. The towing expense must not exceed Baht 1,500 or the distance must not exceed 15 kilometers from the primary scene. (1 times/year)
    1 time/year = year that customers will have to pay for annual fee. Cardmembers will be able to use this privileges after annual fee for next year was paid. Cardmember is responsible for any expense exceed limitation stated above
  3. Continuation of Journey for Trips in Bangkok and Suburban Areas (Car rental and accommodation arrangement)**
    If the covered vehicle is rendered due to machine breakdown during a trip and cannot be repaired within timeline, Cardmember can continue the journey by asking UOB Roadside Service to arrange an alternative vehicle, any car rental or any accommodation provided until the repaired service is done
  4. Reserved Driver**
    In any circumstance that cardmembers are related to any accident and will not be able to continue drive the vehicle within 100 Kilometers from cardmembers permanent address, cardmember will be able to request for driver service to accident area to continue your journey or bring you back to residence.

**Service number 3 and 4, cardmembers will be responsible for the expense.

Terms and conditions

  • UOB Roadside Service is only available in Thailand, except any island (Phuket is included in service) and will be able to assist only on public roadside and not included in any private residence area
  • Repair and towing services must be arranged by UOB Roadside Service. However, if there is necessary to use third party services, it must be consent from UOB Roadside Service.
  • When the Cardmember requests an alternative vehicle or rental vehicle, the Cardmember is required to meet the requirements of the rental vehicle company, and is required to comply with the terms and conditions provide by the rental vehicle company. UOB Roadside Assistance is not responsible for the delivery or return of neither the rental vehicle, nor any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown on any hired or rental vehicle arrange by UOB Roadside Assistance
  • UOB Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any service or expenses occurring while the vehicle is towing or carrying more weight/persons that it is designed for, as stated in the vehicle manufacturer is specifications, nor for any problem arising as a consequence of the vehicle being used in motor competition or racing kind.
  • UOB Roadside Assistance will not be liable for any mechanical problem or damage arising after the vehicle has been towed to a repair garage agreed or nominated by the Cardmember.
  • Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of UOB Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.

When cardholders purchase  full travel fares with UOB Credit Card and inform the bank via UOB Call Center  02 – 285 1555 at least 2 days prior to departure, the Cardholder is entitle to Travel Accident Insurance,  compensation for any flight cancellation or flight delay, delay on luggage delivery or loss of luggage
This insurance covers the Cardholder, spouse and dependent children  with age of 3 months – 23 years old (dependent children must be single and provided that their travel fares are fully charged to UOB Credit card
