General terms and conditions

• This campaign period is from 6 – 20 October 2025. It is applicable to all UOB credit cards and TMRW credit cards issued in Thailand (except corporate cards), with valid credit card and good payment until the date which the Bank credits the cash rebate / gifts the air ticket to the cardholder.
• Bank will include only full payment made on singaporeair.com or Singapore Airlines mobile app via UOB Credit Cards, TMRW Credit Cards and Citi-branded Credit Card (including both primary and supplementary cards) within the campaign period, and does not apply to installment payments.
• This campaign excludes all transactions via travel agencies.
• The Bank will credit the cash rebate to primary card account within 60 days after the end of the campaign period. The rebate will be credited to the primary card with the highest spend in the campaign period.
• The customer is required to register this campaign via SMS or UOB TMRW application.
• The SMS confirmation reply from the bank must be retained for future reference.
• The Bank is not involved in the provision of goods and/or services. If there are any issues or concerns, please contact Singapore Airlines directly.
• The Bank reserves the right of final decision on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
• In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Thai and English versions of the terms and conditions, the Thai version shall prevail.
• Use when necessary and pay back full amount on time to avoid 16% interest rate.

Privilege 1

Terms and Conditions for receiving a cash rebate for the UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card

1. Limited to UOB KrisFlyer World or UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Cardholders.
2. Receive a THB 1,000 cash rebate when spending THB 30,000 – 69,999/sales slip or receive THB 2,500 cash rebate when spending THB 70,000 – 149,999/sales slip or THB 7,500 cash rebate when spending THB 150,000 or above/sales slip.
3. Cash rebate is limited to THB 15,000/account/campaign period.

Terms and Conditions for receiving a cash rebate for other UOB Credit Card and TMRW Credit Card

• Limited to the UOB Credit Card and TMRW Credit Card (excluding UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card).
• Receive a THB 600 cash rebate when spending THB 30,000 – 69,999/sales slip or receive THB 1,800 cash rebate when spending THB 70,000 – 149,999/sales slip or THB 4,500 cash rebate when spending THB 150,000 or above/sales slip.
• Cash rebate is limited to THB 9,000/account/campaign period.

Terms and Conditions for receiving Singapore Airlines ticket

• 5 UOB KrisFlyer Credit Cardholders with the highest spend via singaporeair.com or the Singapore Airlines mobile app will receive a complimentary round-trip Business Class ticket on Singapore Airlines for travel between either Bangkok and Singapore or Phuket and Singapore, valued at THB 21,935 (as of 19 August 2025)
• Cardholders must spend a minimum of THB 200,000 during the campaign period.
• If there is any cancellation or voiding of transactions, the bank will charge the amount according to .
• The bank will calculate the spending via UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card, primary and supplementary card combined.
• The bank will notify eligible cardholders by sending SMS to phone numbers given to the bank within 60 days after the end of the campaign period. Eligible cardholders must provide their full name and KrisFlyer membership number when making a reservation with Singapore Airlines.
• Cardholders are required to retain the SMS confirmation reply from the bank for future reference.
• Air ticket details:
  • The ticket must be issued by 16 March 2026 and validity for travel outbound is 5 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 No extension will be allowed.
  • Reservations must be made via emailing TH_Commercial@singaporeair.com.sg.  
  • At least 14 days’ advance booking before departure is required.
  • The ticket has no monetary value, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The ticket is not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • The passenger is responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses valued at THB 2,495 (valued as of 19 August 2025 and subject to change) for airport tax, travel tax, etc.
  • The ticket is only applicable for flights booked on Singapore Airlines.
  • The ticket is only applicable for flights that depart from Bangkok or Phuket.
  • The booking will be on a specific booking class (D class) and subject to seat availability. Inventory is limited during public holidays.
  • Flight or date changes and no-show fees are applied based on the terms and conditions of the ticket.
  • Cancellation of a flight booking is not allowed, and no refund will be given for such cancellation by a passenger. Any unused portion of the ticket must be returned to Singapore Airlines for cancellation.
  • Change of name is not allowed upon successful booking of a flight.
  • Maximum stay requirements may apply for returning flights. The return flight must be within 3 months after the departure flight.
  • The ticket bearer agrees not to hold Singapore Airlines Limited, its respective directors, employees, and assignees, liable for any claims arising from the ticket.
  • Additional terms and conditions are subject to Singapore Airlines.
