*Waiver of mortgage registration fee’s condition for interest rate option 1 : 

  • Must do Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) as follow : 
    • MRTA sum insured equivalent to Home Loan + additional loan (if any) with insurance coverage at least 10 years OR
    • MRTA sum insured at least 80% of Home Loan + additional loan (if any) with insurance coverage the whole loan tenor
  • Must open saving deposit account and apply direct debit to service monthly loan installment
  • Waiver of mortgage registration fee with maximum of THB 100,000 only for Home Loan and term loan for MRTA
  • Additional loan request will not get waiver of mortgage registration fee and normal interest rate will be applied
  • In case customer have full redemption before 5 years (no matter of reasons) from loan contract date, customer must pay back mortgage registration fee to the bank
