Q: Do all open branches operate at normal working hours?
A: Working hours of the open branches may be adjusted according to the working hours of the venue they are located. We recommend customers to check information before visiting the branches. The information is available in UOB Website www.UOB.co.th/branchservice
Q: If there is a customer who came to use service of the Bank is infected with COVID-19, what are the measures to manage for the safety of other customers?
A: For the safety of our customers and employees according to the guidelines of the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, if we find that a customer with COVID-19 infection has visited any of the branches we will perform deep cleaning and sanitization that particular branch immediately. Staffs of the branch are required to have physical examination and be quarantined for 14 days before returning to work.
