UOB Thailand announces a temporary closure of its Central Plaza Salaya Branch on 19-21 April 2021 for deep cleaning and disinfection. The Central Plaza Salaya Branch will reopen on 22 April 2021.

We were informed that a customer who visited our branch on 15 April 2021 has contracted COVID-19.

In prioritising the health and safety of our colleagues and customers, this branch will be temporarily closed from 19 April to 21 April to enable a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the premises. One of our colleagues with whom the customer had close contact is now undergoing testing for COVID-19 and are in self-quarantine until the result is determined.

We would like to advise our customers who used service at UOB Central Plaza Salaya Branch on 15 April 2021, to closely monitor their health and seek medical care immediately if they have any flu-like symptoms.

Our customers can be assured that our banking services remain operational and other branches are open as usual. They may wish to visit our nearest branch at UOB Nong Khaem Branch (open Mon – Fri, 8.30-15.30 hrs.)

For those customers who prefer not to visit a branch at this time, we encourage them to use UOB Mighty App, TMRW App, UOB Personal Internet Banking (PIB) or UOB Business Internet Banking Plus (BIBPlus).

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and take necessary actions to ensure the well-being of our colleagues and customers. We encourage customers who suspect they may have been exposed to the virus or who are feeling unwell to seek medical care promptly.
