scheduled maintenance notice

UOB (Thai) apologise for the unavailability of the following services due to a system maintenance.


  • On 26th March 2018 at 00:01 A.M. to 07:00 A.M.
    UOB will upgrade the merchant acquiring system in order to better serve the merchants, then during the upgrade time, there will be the temporary shutdown for transaction via UOB EDC / UOB Payment Gateway. This upgrade will also impact to the change of tax invoice format and merchant payment advice format.

  • On 26th March 2018 at 03:00 A.M. to 07:00 A.M.
    UOB ATM Systems will be temporarily shutdown due to system upgrade. As a result, UOB Debit card customer, UOB credit card customer and UOB Cash Plus customer will be unable to do the transaction via ATM machine during mentioned time.

  • On 26th March 2018 at 03:00 A.M. to 07:00 A.M.
    Card Payment Service Unavailability Notification on Monday 26th March 2018 From 03:00 A.M. -07:00 A.M.

    UOB will temporarily shut down the Card payment system due to system upgrading. It will resume normal after 07.00 A.M. of Monday 26th Mar 2018.

    During the service suspension, Customer will not be able to do transaction of Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cash Plus Card through these following channels, UOB Personal Internet Banking, UOB Mighty, UOB Phone Banking including Card payment via EDC at merchant and e-commerce channel.

    However, This will have no impact on transaction related to banking account via UOB Personal Internet Banking, UOB Mighty, and UOB Phone Banking.
