  • Customers are entitled to free service up to 2 times a year and are entitled to receive SMS when spending amount on UOB Privi Miles Privilege Banking credit card reaches 200,000 baht (based on a calendar year).
  • The Bank will send SMS to eligible customers between January and February when spending amount reaches 200,000 baht. SMS will be delivered to mobile number registered with the Bank.
  • The total amount of spending on the credit card does not include purchase of investment units of various funds, installment amount for uncollected payment, cash advance, fund transfer, currency exchange transaction on the credit card, and interest payment, as well as all types of penalties and fees and any cancelled transactions (including transactions that are cancelled later).
  • Customers can enjoy Royal Silk Lounge services under the terms and conditions prescribed by Thai Airways. This offer is applicable only to international flights on Thai Airways.
  • Cardholders must present a Thai Airways’ boarding pass along with UOB Privi Miles Privilege Banking credit card before using lounge service; otherwise your service request may be denied.
  • For use at Royal Silk Lounge services located on the third floor of Concourse C and E of Suvarnabhumi Airport.
  • Each cardholder is entitled to one access of lounge services per one right. Any accompanying person(s) who travels with Thai Airways can use the services by paying service charges according to the fee schedule prescribed by Thai Airways. Only cash payment is accepted.
  • This privilege cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or cashback.
  • The duration of usage is limited to 2.5 hours per access. If duration exceeds the time limit, customers must pay an additional charge as required by Thai Airways.
  • This privilege does not include other supplementary services, such as body massage or shower room service.
  • If the SMS is lost, the Bank cannot re-send the SMS for whatever reasons.
