The sample of coverage calculation from average of 3 months
deposit balance prior to the month of being diagnosed and confirmed of having
cancer.
Monthly average balance = the sum of daily balance divided by number of days of the
month
Therefore, the coverage for all stages of cancer in women from the average of 3
months deposit balance prior to the current month is calculated from

3.) Inactive account is an account that has no deposit-withdrawal-transfer-payment
transaction (excluding automatic transactions from the system such as Auto Direct
Debit)
for a period of 12 consecutive months. In order to
adjust the status from "Inactive account" to "Active account",
the account holder must contact UOB branches to verify
and make an withdrawal from that the account.

What is the coverage type of cancer and at what stage?
The coverage covers cancer of the uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, ovaries, vulva, breast at all stages when the client had been diagnosed along with a medical examination that clearly indicates that the insured person is diagnosed of cancer for the first time.
Does the coverage covers any cancer other than cervical cancer, uterine cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, vulvar cancer, vaginal cancer, and breast cancer or not?

In case of the insured member had diagnosed from one of the above cancers and the benefit has already been paid out, has the policy continued to maintain coverage for other cancers as well? (In case of continued deposits with the bank)
This policy provides coverage in case of cancer detection at all stages. If the benefit has already been paid, this contract will end the coverage. The sum insured depends on the calculation of the average account balance for the past 3 months as determined by the bank
What are the conditions of this policy that end coverage?
1. The date on which the insurance policy expires or ineffective. 2. The date on which the insured member passed away. 3. The date on which the insured member disqualifies as specified in the insurance conditions. 4. When the benefit is reimbursed to the insured member. 5. The insured member closes the lady savings account.
If cancer is detected the insured will receive a lump sum benefit or will be receiving benefit according to the actual treatment cost?
The insurance company will pay benefits according to the sum insured of the cancer insurance for women. The benefit is based on the calculation of the average deposit balance of the past 3 months prior to the month which the insured person is medically identified and diagnosed as having cancer according to the condition stated by United Overseas Bank (Thai) Public Company Limited (“UOB”).
How can the insured check their average deposit balance of the past 3 months?
The insured can check from the UOB TMRW App on his/her mobile phone.
How many Cancer for women insurance policy can each insured member have?
1 entitlement only
How can the insured member file their claims document?
The insured must submit claim documents through UOB branches only
If the insured member claims for cancer coverage during the insurance plan transition, how the insurance companies evaluate the benefits based on which coverage.
The benefits that the insurance company will remunerate to the insured member will be calculated from the average deposit balance of the past 3 months prior to the month in which the insured was medically identified and diagnosed as having cancer up to 2 million baht as stated by UOB.
In the event that the insured member had left-sided breast cancer and had been cured completely before entitlement to cancer for women benefit, how does this policy provide coverage?
For this event which the insured member has had cancer before opening UOB Lady account, the insured member will not be able to receive this coverage.
In the event that the insured person is diagnosed with cancer and refuses treatment with conventional medicine but seeks treatment with alternative medicine instead, will they be able to claim?
Unable to claim because the alternative doctor does not meet the conditions of the definition of coverage as specified in the insurance policy.
Eligibility for cancer coverage in women can be transferred to heirs or family members?
Those who are eligible for coverage for 7 cancer in women at all stage are the account holder who has been named in the Lady Savings Account opened with UOB will be granted. The eligibility cannot be transferred.
After opening an account, can the insured member claim immediately or not? Or how many days is there a waiting period for the policy to take effective?
The insurance company will pay the benefits to the insured member. By illness with cancer in women of all stages. Symptoms must appear for the first time after 90 days from the effective date of the insurance policy.
