Preferred Fast Track to Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status

• UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred card members can enjoy an exclusive Preferred Fast Track to Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status program when spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or flying international flights per criteria within 1 membership year (Membership year is 1 calendar year counting from card approval date until 1 year after)
  1. Spend THB 1 million or more and
  2. Earn 22,000 qualifying miles* or flying 15 international flights**
• This privilege is reserved for only primary card members, and cannot be transferred to other people. This privilege is reserved for card members who have remained UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit card members status and pay annual fee.
• This privilege is not applicable for card members who already hold Royal Orchid Plus Gold status. Card members who already have Royal Orchid Plus Gold status will not be eligible for this privilege until current Gold status expires.

Retain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status from Preferred Fast Track to Gold Status

• The right to retain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status under the Preferred Fast Track to Gold Status program is reserved for cardholders who maintain their credit card status and pay the annual fee only.
• To retain status, eligibility is based on spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or traveling on international routes according to the criteria:
  1. Spend THB 2 million or more within 2 years of receiving Royal Orchid Plus Gold status; and
  2. Earn 44,000 qualifying miles* or fly 30 international flights** with Thai Airways within 2 years of receiving Royal Orchid Plus Gold status, or earn 22,000 qualifying miles* or fly 15 international flights** with Thai Airways in the last 12 months prior to Gold status.

Earn 2X UOB Rewards Points

• Spending of every THB 30,000 per sales slip at Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI Shop earns 2X UOB Rewards Points.
• The Bank will start recording eligible transactions from 1 February 2026 onward.
• The Bank limits UOB Rewards Points to a maximum spending of THB 210,000 per calendar year per account.
• The 2X UOB Rewards Points consist of a combination of Regular Points earned from eligible transactions and Bonus Points equivalent to the amount of Regular Points.

Unlimited Complimentary access to Lounge

• UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholders who flying international or domestic flights with Thai Airways are entitled to have unlimited access Orchid Access Lounge, Coral Lounge and Royal Orchid Lounge (both primary card and supplementary card).
• Cardholders can access to Orchid Access Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse E when flying international flights.
• Cardholders can access to Coral Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse A when flying domestic flights.
• Cardholders can access to Royal Orchid Lounge at Chiang Mai airport when flying domestic flights or international flights.

Pay with Points

• “Pay with Points” is an offer that allows primary cardholders to redeem their rewards points for goods and services participating in the promotion during the promotional period. The redemption will be credited as a cashback to the card account and cannot be exchanged for cash or used directly to pay for expenses.
• Effective 1 October 2025, the bank has changed the conversion rate for redeeming rewards points for cashback (Pay with Points) from 4 Points = THB 1 into 6 Points = THB 1 for purchasing tickets from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI Shop.
• UOB Credit Card members can redeem points for cash rebate at UOB TMRW TH Application.
• This program is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI​ Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.

• Personal Assistance provides and arranges everything for card members.
  • Recommending worldwide attractions and providing useful information in both Thailand and overseas, such as tourist attractions, and restaurant.
  • Reserving performance tickets in both Thailand and overseas, such as movies, theatrical performances, concerts, and sports.
  • Reserving restaurants or hotels around the world.
  • Reserving golf clubs around the world, and other services you may need.
  • International sourcing / Delivery service, such as flower, gift, and book.
  • Searching information on rare products around the world.
  • Providing business information, such as information on commerce, law, embassy, and interpreter service.

Home Assistance
Limit 1 time per month and limit up to 2 times per calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident. Applicable only within Bangkok and Metropolitan areas (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn, and Pathumthani).

• Electrical Repair Service:
  • In the case of any emergency problem with electricity, a qualified electrician will be sent by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance to your residence to check and repair the electrical system. However, the service will not include any non-emergency situation, for example, the damages or the replacements of electrical devices such as light bulbs or power plugs and sockets, a washing machine or any breakdown of electrical supply caused by or due to damaged electrical appliances shall not be considered as Emergency Repairs.
• Plumbing and Sanitary Assistance:
  • In the case of any emergency caused by the leaking or the blockage of water piping or the sanitary system, a qualified plumber will be sent by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance to UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholder’s residence to check and repair the damages. However, the service will not include any damages of devices and toilets or non-emergency situation, such as the leaking or dripping from the calyx, water taps, faucets, water heaters (warming machine), sanitary wares, etc.
• Locksmith Assistance:
  • In case of being accidentally locked out of the residence, whether by the forgetting or the lost of the key, a qualified locksmith will be sent by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance to UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholder’s residence to assist in opening the door. However, the assistance will not include any non-emergency situation or any expense in the making of a new key, changing lock, etc.
• Venomous and Poisonous Animals Control Assistance:
  • In case of venomous or poisonous animals invading or disturbing your residence, a qualified animal exterminator will be sent by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance to handle the problems. These venomous and poisonous animals include only bees, hornets, wasps, snakes, scorpion, and centipedes and the assistance will not include any non-emergency situation.
• Air-Conditioning Service:
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance will send mechanics to UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholder’s residence in the case of emergency related to air-conditioning system. The contractor will not hold responsible for the blockage of the piping system (A leaking air conditioning pipes), air-conditioning cleaning, and maintenance such a filling up the air liquid, or any non-emergency situation.
• Roof/Ceiling Repair Service:
  • In case of an emergency caused by the leak on the roof, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance will arrange a qualified contractor to assist you at your residence. The service excludes non-emergency situations. UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance shall not in any event pay or effect payment or be responsible for any repairs undertake for non-emergency situation.
• Conditions:
  • Covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include the costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses
  • on this maintenance of such equipment.
  • Cardholders are entitled to get the privilege from UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance for limit 1 time per month and limit up to 2 times per calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
  • Cardholders must be responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan areas only (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn, and Pathumthani). Cardholders must present otherwise UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
  • After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.
  • Cardholders acknowledge that home assistance is provided by third party merchant, and not by The Bank. The Bank is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such merchants, or for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered.

Roadside Assistance
Limit up to 2 times/calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 1,500/ time.

• Emergency Roadside Repair:
  • If a covered vehicle is immobilized or rendered unroadworthy while on the road or at private residence due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance at the request of the cardholder shall arrange for road-side repair service of vehicle operator to attend the incident.
• Emergency Towing Service:
  • If the immobilized covered vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to nearest suitable repairer, or to a repair nominated by the cardholder or the Cardholder's usual place of residence. The towing expense must not exceed THB 1,500 or the distance must not exceed 20 kilometers from the primary scene per event.
• Gasoline Refill Service:
  • If the immobilized covered vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside due to an accident or mechanical breakdown, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will arrange for the vehicle to be towed to nearest suitable repairer, or to a repair nominated by the cardholder or the Cardholder's usual place of residence. The towing expense must not exceed THB 1,500 or the distance must not exceed 20 kilometers from the primary scene per event.
• Continuation of Journey for Trips of at Least 100 kilometers Away from Permanent Residence:
  • If a covered vehicle is immobilized or rendered unroadworthy due to a vehicle breakdown and the incident is at least 100 kilometers away from the cardholder’s permanent residence or in another province. UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will ensure that the cardholder’s journey can continue with ease. After the cardholder’s vehicle has been towed to a local repairer and confirmed that it cannot to be repaired locally within 24 hours, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will arrange and pay for the cardholder to continue the journey with either of the following solutions:
    • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance can arrange for the cardholder to have a rental vehicle with the same capacity of the covered vehicle. The rental car, however, is limited at THB 3,000 per day and up to 3 consecutive days per event. The maximum rental is THB 9,000 per event.
    • In case that the cardholder decides to interrupt the journey, and wait for the repair to be completed, UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance can arrange for hotel; accommodation that the cardholder may need. This covers up to 3 consecutive days and up to THB 3,000 for a room per day or subject to the maximum of THB 9,000 for each and every event.
    • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance can arrange and pay for a commercial air ticket from the place of the incident to the cardholder’s destination. This cover up to THB 3,000 per ticket with a maximum of 3 tickets per event and is subject to a maximum of THB 9,000 per event.
• Conditions:
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance covers the cost of up to THB 1,500 per event for 2 times or not excess 20 kilometers from the incident, and up to 2 events per year, excluding the cost of any parts or accessories. The cost of charges and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by the cardholder.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholder must be at the incident.
  • Repair or towing service of the immobilized vehicle must be arranged by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance, or the cardholder must obtain prior consent from UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance if towing of the vehicle by another party. UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance is not responsible for the damages caused by towing and the cardholder cannot claim for the Continuation of Journey.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will not be liable for any mechanical problem or damage arising after the vehicle has been towed to a repair garage agreed or nominated by the cardholder.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for providing roadside repair and towing service of a vehicle in the absence of the cardholder.
  • For gasoline refill service, The Bank reserves the right for incident that a car ran out of gas on the road only, not applicable for gasoline refill service at home/residence. The Bank reserves the right to charge actual cost of gasoline refill, if the incident found other than specified T&C above.
  • When the cardholder requests an alternative vehicle or rental vehicle, the cardholder is required to meet the requirements of the rental vehicle company, which is required to comply with the terms and conditions provided by the rental vehicle company. And cardholder is fully responsible to pay for insurance and gas cost of a rental car. UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance is not responsible for the delivery or return of neither the rental vehicle, nor any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown on any hired or rental vehicle arranged by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any service or expenses occurring while the vehicle is towing or carrying more weight/persons that it is designed for, as stated in the vehicle manufacturer is specifications, nor for any problem arising as a consequence of the vehicle being used in motor competition or racing kind.
  • Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.
