Preferred Fast Track to Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status

• UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred card members can enjoy an exclusive Preferred Fast Track to Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status program when spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or flying international flights per criteria within 1 membership year
  1. Spend THB 1 million or more and
  2. Earn 22,000 qualifying miles* or flying 15 international flights**
• This privilege is reserved for only primary card members, and cannot be transferred to other people. This privilege is reserved for card members who have remained Citi Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit card members status and pay annual fee.
• This privilege is not applicable for card members who already hold Royal Orchid Plus Gold status. Card members who already have Royal Orchid Plus Gold status will not be eligible for this privilege until current Gold status expires.
• All UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card members' spending will be evaluated monthly. Once spending conditions and sufficient eligible miles/flies are accumulated, card members will be enrolled as Royal Orchid Plus Gold status for a full 2-year period which starts on enrolled date.
• The evaluating period to attain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status is within 1 card membership year (12 months) of your UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card.

Retain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status from Preferred Fast Track to Gold Status

• To retain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status from Preferred Fast Track is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred card members whose credit card is still active and pay annual fee.
• Retaining Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status from Preferred Fast Track will be considered from spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or flying international flights per criteria
  1. Spend THB 2 million or more within 2-year of Royal Orchid Plus Gold status and
  2. Earn 44,000 qualifying miles or flying 30 international flights with Thai Airways within 2-year of Royal Orchid Plus Gold status or earn 22,000 qualifying miles/ flying 15 international flights with Thai Airways on the last 12 months before the current Gold Status expires.

• This privilege is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred card members when spending every 50,000 THB/ sales slip via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card for purchasing tickets from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop.
• The Bank give Royal Orchid Plus Miles from maximum of 100,000 THB/ calendar year/ account.
• Spending via Supplementary card will be calculated to primary card account.
• This privilege is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.
• Royal Orchid Plus Miles will be uploaded to UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred account within 90 days after spending per criteria.
• Royal Orchid Plus Miles cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

Unlimited Complementary access to Royal Silk Lounge

• This privilege is offered to UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred card members when flying international or domestic flights with Thai Airways only (both primary card and supplementary card).
• Card Members can enjoy complementary access to Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse E when flying international flights, Concourse A when flying domestic flights, Chiang Mai and Phuket airport.
• Present your UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and Thai Airways boarding pass at a reception area of each lounge prior to use the service.
• This privilege cannot be transferred to other persons or any companions.
• For new card holders or card holders who just receive replacement card will be able for Royal Silk Lounge access 7 working days after card holders activate UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card.

• Two complimentary limousine service from home to or from Suvarnabhumi airport per calendar year when card members have flights from or to Suvarnabhumi Airport only.
• This privilege is reserved for passenger whose name appears as primary card member only and cannot be transferred to other persons or any companions.
• Complimentary limousine service is for distance within Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, and Samut Prakan only.
• Get 50% discount on limousine service for another two times in the same calendar year, from full price of the same calendar year, from regular price THB 1,300 - referring to the conditions for distance covered above.
• If card members wish to use the service out of the specific area, upgrade car type and use the 50% off privileges for the 3rd and 4th time of the calendar year, card members are required to pay the excess fee by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card.

• This privilege is restricted a maximum of 2 persons (1 primary card member with 1 companion) travelling on the same flight.
• If card members wish to has more companions, card member are required to pay the excess fee by UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card.
• Card members are required to receive the service at least 2 hours before the flights for departure time.
• Advanced reservation is required and must be made at least 5 working days prior to the service. Card members must provide flight of all recipients for reservation.

• This program is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.
• This program is valid for full payment transactions only, excluding installment 0% 3 months, 6 months, and 10 months via Thai Airways website and application, and payment transactions at Puff and Pie and Thai Shop Online.
• Supplementary card members are not eligible for this program.
• Card members are eligible to redeem if he/she has enough UOB Rewards Points for Pay with Points transactions and does not have overdue payments from card usage or go over his/her credit line when making Pay with Points transactions.

• Personal Assistance provides and arranges everything for card members.
  • Recommending worldwide attractions and providing useful information in both Thailand and overseas, such as tourist attractions, and restaurant.
  • Reserving performance tickets in both Thailand and overseas, such as movies, theatrical performances, concerts, and sports.
  • Reserving restaurants or hotels around the world.
  • Reserving golf clubs around the world, and other services you may need.
  • International sourcing / Delivery service, such as flower, gift, and book.
  • Searching information on rare products around the world.
  • Providing business information, such as information on commerce, law, embassy, and interpreter service.

• The Bank will only be responsible for the cost of information searching.
• Card members are responsible for the cost in purchasing goods or paying for service. This includes deposit money, transfer fee, cancellation fee, delivery/ shipping cost, cost incurred in transferring funds to fulfill a request, and any other cost.
• Personal Assistance will not be responsible for searching any goods or services for any commercial purpose, and prohibited under national law or which contravene the universally accepted moral or ethical standards for the country.

Home Assistance

• Home Assistance provides Electrical repair assistance, plumbing and sanitary assistance, air-conditioning assistance, roof/ ceiling assistance, locksmith assistance, and venomous and poisonous animals control assistance.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Home Assistance for limit 1 time/ month and limit up to 2 times/ calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
• Card members have to be responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
• Home Assistance covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses on this maintenance of such equipment.
• Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan region only. Card members have to present otherwise Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
• After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.

Roadside Assistance

• Roadside Assistance provides emergency roadside repair, emergency towing service, gasoline refill service, and continuation of journey for trips at least 100 km away from the card member’s permanent residence.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Roadside Assistance up to 2 times/ calendar year and the cost up to THB 1,500/ time or not excess 20 km from the incident. Card members have to be at the incident.
• Roadside Assistance does not include the cost of any parts of accessories. The cost of charge and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by card members.
• Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
• Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on UOB Rewards Points

• Receive 20,000 UOB Rewards Points (redeemable of 20,000)* when spending via primary card at THB 30,000 or more within 30 days after card approval date.
• For the eligible spending amount, the Bank will only take UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card spending (primary card) into account. In case that the customer applies other cards together with UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card, those spending will not be counted. The spending is not applicable for the following expense: Installments, Mutual Fund, Cash Advance, UOB PayAnything, Fund Transfer, Foreign currency exchange, Cancellation fee of goods and services both local and foreign, Tax, Interest, Fine, Annual Fee, other Fees, and Business expenses.
• The Bank will upload UOB Rewards Points within 90 days from the end of month that customer has spent per criteria, which the Bank will notify the eligibility for Rewards Points via SMS to the provided phone number in the primary card account.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on Royal Orchid Plus Miles

• Earn 10,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles when new UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred primary card member when purchasing and flying first international flight on Thai Airways within 12 calendar months of card approval date.
• Ticket purchase must be round-trip and on valid booking class code. This promotion excludes booking class code L/G/V/W, Thai Smile flights, Star Alliance flights, Codeshare flights, Redeemed mile tickets, Awards tickets (O/I/X class) and complimentary flights.
• 10,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles will be uploaded within 120 days after the flight date.
• 10,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles are eligible for card members who have not been entitled to this promotion.
• Miles cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

General Terms and Conditions

• Promotion is valid from 21 February 2024 – 30 April 2024.
• The applicant must not be a current holder of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred or have cancelled the UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred for more than 6 months until the day that applying new Credit Card.
