• UOB Royal Orchid Plus cardholders who flying international or domestic flights with Thai Airways are entitled to access Orchid Access Lounge, Coral Lounge and Royal Orchid Lounge 2 time/calendar year (2 times for primary card and 2 times for supplementary card).
• Cardholders can access to Orchid Access Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse E when flying international flights.

Earn 2X UOB Rewards Points

• Spending of every THB 30,000 per sales slip at Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI Shop earns 2X UOB Rewards Points.
• The Bank will start recording eligible transactions from 1 February 2026 onward.
• The Bank limits UOB Rewards Points to a maximum spending of THB 210,000 per calendar year per account.

Special price for movie ticket

• Purchase a movie ticket at THB 69/ seat for Deluxe seat at all SF Cinema affiliated theaters nationwide (except Emprive’ Cineclub)
• Claim the privilege at ticket counters or movie ticket vending machine (Express Ticketing) at all SF Cinema affiliated theaters (except Emprive’ Cineclub).

Pay with Points

• “Pay with Points” is an offer that allows primary cardholders to redeem their rewards points for goods and services participating in the promotion during the promotional period. The redemption will be credited as a cashback to the card account and cannot be exchanged for cash or used directly to pay for expenses.​
• Effective 1 October 2025, the bank has changed the conversion rate for redeeming rewards points for cashback (Pay with Points) from 4 Points = THB 1 into 6 Points = THB 1 for purchasing tickets from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI Shop.​
• UOB Credit Card members can redeem points for cash rebate at UOB TMRW TH Application.
• This program is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and THAI Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.

• Personal Assistance provides and arranges everything for card members.

  • Reserving performance tickets in both Thailand and overseas, such as movies, theatrical performances, concerts, and sports.
  • Reserving restaurants or hotels around the world.
  • Reserving golf clubs around the world, and other services you may need.
  • International sourcing / Delivery service, such as flower, gift, and book.
  • Searching information on rare products around the world.

Home Assistance

• Home Assistance provides Electrical repair assistance, plumbing and sanitary assistance, air-conditioning assistance, roof/ ceiling assistance, locksmith assistance, and venomous and poisonous animals control assistance.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Home Assistance for limit 1 time/ month and limit up to 2 times/ calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
• Card members are responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
• Home Assistance covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses on this maintenance of such equipment.
• Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan region only. Card members have to present otherwise Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
• After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.

Roadside Assistance

• Roadside Assistance provides emergency roadside repair, emergency towing service, gasoline refill service, and continuation of journey for trips at least 100 km away from the card member’s permanent residence.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Roadside Assistance up to 2 times/ calendar year and the cost up to THB 1,500/ time or not excess 20 km from the incident. Card members have to be at the incident.
• Roadside Assistance does not include the cost of any parts of accessories. The cost of charge and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by card members.
• Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
• Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on UOB Rewards Points

• Receive 7,500​ UOB Rewards Points when spending via primary card at THB 20,000 or more within 30 days after card approval date.
• For the calculation criteria of spending via the UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card, all spending made through the card, cash advance and the monthly installment payment on UOB iPlan (only the monthly installment amount is counted) will be included. The spending is not applicable for the following expense: unbilled installment, mutual fund, fund transfer, cancellation of goods and services both local and foreign, tax refund, interest, fine, annual fee, other fees, and business expenses.​
• If a customer applies for multiple credit cards simultaneously in the same application form. Customer will only receive one gift from the credit card acquisition promotion. Acquisition Terms and Conditions on Royal Orchid Plus Miles

• Earn 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles when purchasing and travelling with Thai Airways international round-trip ticket. This offer is for the first Thai Airways flight taken by the primary cardholder, in eligible fare classes, within 12 months after card approval date. Royal Orchid Plus membership account must be provided at the time of ticket issuance.
• Ticket purchase must be round-trip and on valid booking class code. This promotion excludes booking class code L/G/V/W, Thai Smile flights, Star Alliance flights, Codeshare flights, Redeemed mile tickets, Awards tickets (O/I/X class) and complimentary flights.
• 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles will be uploaded within 120 days after the flight date.
