Terms and Conditions for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card acquisition promotion 

KrisFlyer Miles terms and conditions 

1. This promotion is reserved for customers who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card primary card from from 1 Jan’25 – 31 Dec’25, and provide customer’s email address in the application form which must be approved by UOB within within 15 Jan’ 26.
2. Earn 20,000 KrisFlyer miles when customer spend THB 50,000 within 60 days after the month in which the spending meets the criteria.
3. In accordance with the spending criteria, the Bank will only consider spending on the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card (primary and supplementary card combined). In the event that the customer applies for the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card along with other UOB Credit Cards, the Bank reserves the right not to reward transactions incurred from spending on other credit card accounts as well as the following payments and transactions: Unbilled installment, purchasing of funds, insurance with unit-linked product, cash advance, Fund Transfer,Utilities (MCC 4900), spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application, PayAnything transactions, money exchange, cancellation of products and services domestically or internationally, tax refund, interest, fines and any fees.
4. KrisFlyer miles are not exchangeable for cash or transfer to other accounts.
5. In the event that the customer has previously held a UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card, the Bank reserves the right to withhold the special bonus of 20,000 KrisFlyer miles.
6. The Bank will transfer KrisFlyer miles to customer’s KrisFlyer accounts within 90 days after the required spending is achieved per terms and conditions.
7. In case of any dispute or don’t receive the miles from UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Acquisition program, primary card members must contact the bank to investigate within 120 days after the spending meet criteria. Otherwise, the bank will assume that primary card members already acknowledged the miles.
8. The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
9. Terms and conditions are available in Thai and English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.

2. The Bank reserves the right for card holders who have spending minimum of THB 300,000 within 60 days after card approval date.
3. In accordance with the spending criteria, the Bank will only consider spending on the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card (primary and supplementary card combined). 6. Voucher conditions
   1. This voucher is for one-night stay in Guest Room Balcony Sea view at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa for 2 persons inclusive of breakfast. Advance reservation is required and subject to availability as specified by service provider. Please contact the hotel directly in advance.
   2. A voucher is applicable for both weekends & weekdays, subject to availability; advance reservation is required.
   3. A voucher is not applicable on hotel blackout dates including Chinese New Year, Songkran Festival, and the Festive Season in December. Exact dates can be confirmed with the hotel’s reservation team.
   4. A supplementary charge applies for higher room categories if requested.
   5. Room quotas may be limited on certain dates when events or fairs take place in Pattaya.
   6. An additional charge applies for a third guest or extra bed.
   7. Hotel policy dictates no more than three (3) adults per room.
7. Reservation cancellation or modification is subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
8. In the event that the customer has previously held a UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card, the Bank reserves the right to withhold the voucher.
9. The Bank will send the hotel voucher to the eligible cardholder’s home address provided to the Bank within 90 days of meeting the spending requirement, as per the terms and conditions.
10. In case of any dispute or don’t receive the gift from UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Acquisition program, primary card members must contact the bank to investigate within 120 days after the spending meet criteria. Otherwise, the bank will assume that primary card members already acknowledged and accept the gift.
11. The Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the voucher under any circumstances.
12. Please present your hotel voucher on the day of your arrival at the hotel.
13. Rooms and services are provided by Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. The Bank has no involvement in services provided. If there are any issues or inconvenience, please contact the hotel directly.
14. The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.

• E-coupons can only be used by scanning the QR code on mobile devices such as phones, iPads, or tablets.
• Card members can only use the coupon via links, applications, or other sources provided by the bank. Screenshots of e-coupons are not allowed.
• The e-coupon can only be used to pay for products and services at Starbucks stores.
• Cardmembers can use the e-coupon multiple times until the balance is depleted.
• The e-coupon can be combined with other ongoing promotions at Starbucks.
• E-coupons are valid at all Starbucks locations in Thailand.
