Merchant Terms and Conditions

• This discount offer (“Promotion”) of 33.34% off the total accommodation charges in a booking of eligible accommodations for 3 nights is valid from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive.
• Stay period is from 1 April 2026 to 31 December 2027, both dates inclusive.
• Offer is valid when payment is made with an eligible Visa Infinite card, issued in Asia Pacific.
• Offer is applicable to 4 stars or above hotels only.
• Each eligible Visa Infinite card is entitled to redeem this Promotion up to 2 times per calendar month, subject to a limit of 1 redemption per quota release cycle. Quota is released in two separate cycles each calendar month, on the 1st and 16th. Any additional booking made using the same eligible Visa Infinite card within the same quota release cycle shall not be eligible for the Promotion, even if the monthly maximum of 2 redemptions has not been reached.
• In the event that a booking made under this Promotion is cancelled for any reason, the redemption quota for that eligible Visa Infinite card shall not be reinstated, refunded, or carried forward, and such cancelled booking shall still be deemed to have utilized the monthly redemption entitlement.
• The new quota release date and time will be every 1st and 16th day of each month, from 00:00 BKK time.
• Offer is limited to international stays only and excludes domestic stays.
• Offer is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, limited redemptions.
• Cardholder must book 3 nights in order to be eligible for this promotion. Yearlong baseline offer will be applied for any other number of nights selected.
• Bookings cannot be modified once booked in order to enjoy the discount. If changes are required, please cancel the existing booking and rebook.
• Promotion discount for 33% which in total is capped at USD 150 per eligible transaction, on first come first served basis which will be applied at checkout page for select accommodations.
• Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount cards, loyalty programs, vouchers, discounted items or fixed price items.
• Promotion is valid for bookings of eligible accommodation made on the Site during the Promotion Period and concluded within the stated Stay Period.
• Promotion is available to the eligible cardholders in good standing of Visa Infinite card which: bears Visa’s name or logo on the face of the card; or refers to a member of the Visa Group as an issuer or a participant partner on the back of the card, including any co-branded/affinity card issued by any members of the Visa Group.
• Cardholders must settle payment of any reservation with their Visa Infinite card in order to enjoy the Promotion. The Promotion is applicable to select accommodations marked eligible for promotion in designated destinations made through a dedicated Site at Agoda Website followed by visainfiniteTH (“Site”)
• Promotion is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding taxes, service fees, processing fees, personal expenses and similar charges).
• Bookings on the Site are not eligible for use with gift cards.
• Discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Site after entering a valid Visa Infinite card number.
• Promotion is subject to these General Terms and Conditions and further terms and conditions of Visa, which are subject to change at any time. In the case of a dispute, a joint decision by Visa and Agoda is final.
• Agoda does not guarantee uninterrupted services of the Site.
• All bookings made through the Site are at all times subject to Agoda’s Terms of Use Agoda Website and other policies then in effect.
• Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at Visa's sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Agoda and Visa will not be liable to you in connection with the Promotion, the Privileges, these General Terms and Conditions or any other related subject matter.

3. The privilege is reserved for Principal Cardholders only.

5. Reservations must be made exclusively through www.vthgservice.com.

9. Each eligible Card is entitled to redeem the privilege once per calendar month, inclusive of all participating golf courses.
10. Reservations will only be accepted for Cardholders with no existing outstanding reservations. Cardholders may make a new reservation only after the previously reserved round has been completed.
11. The privilege is limited to thirty (30) redemptions per month and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. The Visa Infinite Cardholder must play with accompanying golfers. Each flight must consist of a minimum of 3 golfers and a maximum of 4 golfers.
13. A maximum of 2 Visa Infinite Cardholders may redeem this privilege within the same flight.
14. The privilege applies to green fees only. Any other charges and expenses shall be borne solely by the Cardholder.
15. Accompanying golfers must pay green fees, golf cart fees, caddie fees, and any other applicable charges in accordance with the participating golf course's terms and conditions, even if such accompanying golfers are Visa Infinite Cardholders.
16. Reservations and privileges are strictly non-transferable and may not be assigned to any other person.
17. This privilege is provided by Visa exclusively for Visa Infinite Cardholders and is not a benefit offered directly by the participating golf courses.
18. Cardholders are not entitled to use the privilege without making an advance reservation through the designated reservation channel specified in the promotional materials.
19. Participating golf courses reserve the right not to provide information relating to the Visa privilege and will not accept direct bookings or enquiries regarding privilege reservations.
20. Approval, cancellation, amendment, and tee time allocation are subject to the participating golf course's discretion and availability.
21. Cardholders wishing to amend or cancel a tee time reservation must provide at least 2 business days' prior notice by calling 02 919 8423, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Failing which, cancellation charges imposed by the golf course may apply.
22. In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions that prevent play from continuing, participating golf courses generally do not provide refunds. Alpine Golf Club may provide refunds in accordance with its applicable policies and conditions, subject to the golf course's sole discretion.
23. This privilege is available solely for individual golf play under the conditions prescribed by Visa and the participating golf courses for Visa Infinite Cardholders and may not be used for private events, group outings, tournaments, or any other organized activities.
24. This privilege is unrelated to golf course membership and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, package, membership benefit, tournament, group event, or special offer.
