  • How can I register for Mighty if I do not have a credit/debit card and its PIN?
    • Method 1: You can fill in PIB/Mighty registration form and submit at UOB branch. You must provide your email and mobile number in the form as they are required for setting up Mighty Secure Code.
    • Method 2: You can apply via PIB at https://pib.uobthailand.com/PIBLogin/ and click “Register PIB/Mighty” and following the steps by using your UOB Account number to register. However, you will not be able to have full access and use all functions in the application. You are required to go to UOB branch to request full access for Mighty.
  • How can I set up my Mighty Secure Code as an existing Mighty User if I do not have a credit/debit card and its PIN?
    • You can select "Email & SMS OTP" as an alternative method for verification, providing you have a registered email address and mobile number with UOB.
  • How can I register/update my email and mobile number?
    • For email, you can update through UOB Call Centre at 02-285-1555.
    • For mobile number, you can only update through UOB branch.
  • How to set up Mighty Secure Code if I forget my credit/debit card PIN?
    • Method 1: Please contact UOB Call Centre at 02-285-1555 to request for a new PIN and it will be mailed to you at your registered address within 5-7 business days.
    • Method 2: If you have your email and mobile number registered with UOB, you can select "Email & SMS OTP" as an alternative method for verification to set up Mighty Secure Code.
  • What should I do if I forget my Mighty Secure Code?
    • You need to remove Mighty Secure Code in Mighty by going to “Services” menu, then “Settings” and select “Remove Mighty Secure”. Once removed, set up for Mighty Secure again following the procedures.
  • What I need to do if I lose my mobile phone or change to a new mobile device?
    • You can download UOB Mighty on your new device and follow the steps which required you to set up Mighty Secure Code, and the Mighty Secure on your old device will be deregistered automatically.
  • How can I update my email address in Mighty?
    • You can update your new email address in the “Services” menu, “Settings” and select “Update contact and personal details” to update.
  • What do I need to do when I change my mobile number but still using the same mobile device?
    • You can update your new mobile number in the “Services” menu, “Settings” and select “Update contact and personal details” to update.
  • What do I need to do when I change my mobile number and mobile device if I do not have a credit/debit card with UOB?
    • You are required to visit UOB branch to submit the request form to change your mobile number. After the new mobile number is updated, you can set up Mighty Secure Code during the set up procedure by selecting “Email & SMS OTP” as an alternative method for verification.
