Complaint Channels
The insured can file a complaint through the following channels:
United Overseas Bank (Thai) PCL is only a non-life insurance broker (Non-life insurance license number ว00020/2546). It serves to point out channels and manage people to enter non-life insurance contracts only (for sales channel via UOB staff at UOB branch) or publicise the details only (for sales via online channel). The insurance products are insured by AXA Insurance Public Company Limited which is responsible for conditions, coverages and benefits according to the conditions specified in the insurance policy.
The applicant must study coverage details and conditions before applying for the insurance policy.
Maximum 180 days of coverage period per trip for annual policy.
If the trip is postponed, the Insured must notify the insurance company in advance before the departure date so the coverage period can be adjusted accordingly. Please contact AXA Hotline Tel. 0 2118 8111 from Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM. The modification process will take 2-3 business days. If you need the documents urgently, please notify AXA in advance.
1. For Outpatient Treatment (OPD): The Insured will need to pay the medical expenses upfront and then submit a claim to AXA for reimbursement after returning to Thailand.
2. For Inpatient Treatment (IPD): The Insured can contact AXA Hotline Tel. 0 2118 8111 for emergency medical assistance. No need to pay upfront if you receive treatment at hospital network of emergency assistance provider assigned by AXA.
