Terms and conditions for cash rebate of UOB customers applied Pay Bills

  1. Only UOB credit card customers who applied for UOB Pay Bills and approved during 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2024
    • Earn cash rebate 100 Baht / bill
    • Capped max cash rebate 400 Baht / customer / campaign or maximum of 4 billing cycles / credit card
  2. Applicable only to credit cards issued in Thailand and does NOT include corporate credit cards. Primary and supplementary card must remain active and no default payment until cash rebate is processed.
  3. Cash rebate will NOT be applicable to the same utility bill that customer has applied prior to this campaign or has already earned any other rebate before. Card holder that has applied and approved for UOB Pay Bills and / or be part of previous UOB Pay Bills marketing promotion will not be eligible for this marketing campaign.
  4. Any transaction that was made through the credit cards for utility bill and was canceled, UOB will not calculate this amount for cash rebate. UOB has the right to take back cash rebate from card holders in the aforementioned case.
  5. UOB will process the cash rebate within 120 days from the date the payment is made.
  6. Cash rebate cannot be exchanged to cash or transferred to others

Conditions of UOB Pay Bills service:

  1. UOB Pay Bills is the service that will deduct utility billing in which the biller will take 1-2 months to process which depends on each utility billers. In between, credit card customers must pay directly to the utility biller.
  2. In the case that credit line is insufficient to pay utility deducted transaction or any case that prohibit customer to pay utility billing, credit card customers must pay directly to the utility biller to avoid biller stops servicing.
  3. In any case of customer card number has changed from the one applied to UOB Pay Bills, credit card customer allows UOB to deduct from the latest update card number.
  4. UOB doesn’t involve to product or service, if there is any inquiry please contact directly to the merchant.
  5. In the case that customer wants to cancel UOB Pay Bill, customer required to contact UOB call center 0 2285 1555 to cancel the service. In between the cancellation process, customer is binding to pay to UOB until the cancellation is completely successful.
  6. Apply to UOB credit card that issued in Thailand. Corporate credit card (credit card for Business) doesn’t apply
  7. To cancel service deducting utility bill from other bank depends on utility biller. Card holder needs to check utility billing that you used to applied and fully paid, in order to continue utility service. UOB have no responsibility to the cancellation.
  8. Effective from 1 March 2024, any electricity bills (MEA / PEA) and water bills (MWA) transacted via UOB Credit Card will not receive rewards points and cash back.
