- For existing customers: If approved under the Bank's assistance measures, customers will eligible for a reduced minimum repayment rate of 5% of the outstanding balance for a period of up to 12 months, Effective within two billing cycles after registration.
- Customers may also request a temporary credit limit increase for emergency use due to the impact of the Flood in Thailand. Approval is subject to the Bank’s consideration.

- How is UOB assisting UOB Home Loan customers affected by the Flood in Thailand?
- For existing customers: Customers may request a three-month deferral of principal payments and make interest-only repayments, or a 50% reduction in monthly repayments for three months (Applicable only in the cases where a 50% payment can partially reduce the principal amount.), or other programmes offered by the Bank as appropriate.
- For new customers applying for a Top Up Loan or UOB Cash to Home - If approved under the Bank's assistance measures, customers will receive a 0% interest rate for two consecutive months, followed by the standard interest rate applicable to their customer group, and a waiver of the collateral appraisal fee.
- What are the eligibility criteria for participating in the programme?

The loan products eligible for the assistance programme for business customers affected by the Flood in Thailand include long-term loans (Term Loans) and short-term loans such as promissory notes (PN), and trade finance loans.
- What are the eligibility criteria for customers to participate in this assistance programme?
To be eligible for this assistance programme, customers must currently hold a business loan with UOB and have been directly or indirectly affected by the Flood in Thailand. More information, please click
- Can customers request additional loans for repairing their premises?
UOB has implemented support measures by approving additional loan facilities for customers to repair premises damaged by the Flood in Thailand.
- What is the maximum credit limit available under this assistance programme?
UOB will determine the approved credit limit for repairing premises based on the necessity of the repairs and the appropriateness of the customer's repayment capacity.
- When is the period to apply for the assistance programme?
Customers can submit their request to participate in the assistance program from today until 31 December 2025. If there is an extension of this period, the Bank will announce it accordingly.
