UOB (Thai) awarded as Best Foreign Retail Bank and Wealth Management of the Year in The Asian Banker Thailand Country Awards Programme 2017
United Overseas Bank (Thai) was named the “Best Foreign Retail Bank in Thailand” for the third consecutive year and the “Wealth Management of the Year” for the second straight year by the Asian Banker Thailand Country Awards programme.
The awards reflect UOB (Thai)’s unwavering commitment to be a sustainable foreign retail business in Thailand despite a challenging operational environment. The bank strengthened its performance by focusing on mortgages, unsecured lending, and wealth management products. The Bank attracts more customers to its wealth management business by offering customized portfolio investment and regional expertise.
