• This privilege is offered to UOB Royal Orchid Plus card members when flying international or domestic flights with Thai Airways only. Card members are entitled to access Royal Silk lounge or Miracle Lounge 2 time/ calendar year (2 times for primary card and 2 times for supplementary card).
• Card members can enjoy complementary access to Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse E when flying international flights.
• Card members can enjoy complementary access to Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse D when flying domestic flights.

Complimentary Limousine service

• Card members are entitled to use limousine service when purchasing round-trip international air tickets or international tour through Flying Orange.
• Flying Orange is an alternative service for card members to book air ticket and travel service directly.
• Royal Silk Lounge privilege will not be able to transfer or change to cash or combine with any other offers.
• If the destination is located outside provided areas, card members are responsible for any extra cost.

• Spending via Supplementary card will be calculated to primary card account.

• Limited 2 seats/ month/ account (primary and supplementary card combined). This promotion is limited to 1,000 seats/ month.
• The seat type cannot be changed or upgraded under this privilege.
• This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with Movie Day promotion and all types of discount promotion.
• This privilege cannot be exchanged or transferred to cash.
• Conditions for purchasing movie ticket are at the discretion of SF Cinema.

Pay with Points

• “Pay with Points” refers to a co-promotional program enabling the UOB Credit Card holders to convert their UOB Rewards Points to cash back for their prepaid goods and services along the validity of program. Points are not in lieu of cash that cardholders can request for conversion directly at points of sales.
• This program is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus primary cards with conversion rate 4 Points = THB 1.
• UOB Credit Card members can redeem points for cash rebate at UOB TMRW TH Application.
• This program is valid for purchasing tickets directly from Thai Airways, Royal Orchid Holidays, and Thai Shop via Thai Airway’s distribution channels only (Thai Airways ticket office in Bangkok and other provinces/ Thai Airways call center/ Thai Airways website and application), excluding all ticket agents.
• This program is valid for full payment transactions only, excluding installment 0% 3 months, 6 months, and 10 months via Thai Airways website and application, and payment transactions at Puff and Pie and Thai Shop Online.
• Supplementary card members are not eligible for this program.
• Card members are eligible to redeem if he/she has enough UOB Rewards Points for Pay with Points transactions and does not have overdue payments from card usage or go over his/her credit line when making Pay with Points transactions.

• Personal Assistance provides and arranges everything for card members.
  • Recommending worldwide attractions and providing useful information in both Thailand and overseas, such as tourist attractions, and restaurants.
  • Reserving performance tickets in both Thailand and overseas, such as movies, theatrical performances, concerts, and sports.
  • Reserving restaurants or hotels around the world.
  • Reserving golf clubs around the world, and other services you may need.
  • International sourcing / Delivery service, such as flower, gift, and book.
  • Searching information on rare products around the world.
  • Providing business information, such as information on commerce, law, embassy, and interpreter service.

Home Assistance

• Home Assistance provides Electrical repair assistance, plumbing and sanitary assistance, air-conditioning assistance, roof/ ceiling assistance, locksmith assistance, and venomous and poisonous animals control assistance.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Home Assistance for limit 1 time/ month and limit up to 2 times/ calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
• Card members are responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
• Home Assistance covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses on this maintenance of such equipment.
• Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan region only. Card members have to present otherwise Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
• After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.

Roadside Assistance

• Roadside Assistance provides emergency roadside repair, emergency towing service, gasoline refill service, and continuation of journey for trips at least 100 km away from the card member’s permanent residence.
• Card members are entitled to get the privilege from Roadside Assistance up to 2 times/ calendar year and the cost up to THB 1,500/ time or not excess 20 km from the incident. Card members have to be at the incident.
• Roadside Assistance does not include the cost of any parts of accessories. The cost of charge and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by card members.
• Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
• Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.

Acquisition Terms and Conditions on UOB Rewards Points

• Receive 6,000 UOB Rewards Points (redeemable of 6,000 miles) when spending via primary card at THB 20,000 or more within 30 days after card approval date.
• For the eligible spending amount, the Bank will only take UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card spending (primary and supplementary card) into account. In case that the customer applies other cards together with UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card, those spending will not be counted. Acquisition Terms and Conditions on Royal Orchid Plus Miles

• Earn 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles when new UOB Royal Orchid Plus primary card member when purchasing and flying first international flight on Thai Airways within 12 calendar months of card approval date.
• Ticket purchase must be round-trip and on valid booking class code. This promotion excludes booking class code L/G/V/W, Thai Smile flights, Star Alliance flights, Codeshare flights, Redeemed mile tickets, Awards tickets (O/I/X class) and complimentary flights.
• 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles will be uploaded within 120 days after the flight date.
• 5,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles are eligible for card members who have not been entitled to this promotion.
• Miles cannot be exchanged and transferred to cash or to others.

General Terms and Conditions
