- This promotion is only for UOB credit cards issued in Thailand. Cardholders must maintain their membership status and not have any overdue payments until the bank processes the point deductions/cashback.
- The cashback will be calculated based on spending made with UOB credit cards at King Power Rangnam, Phuket, King Power City Boutique at One Bangkok and King Power Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang Airport and Phuket Airport within the campaign period only.
- Limited to 1 redemption and up to a maximum of 100,000 points/customer/campaign period and at all participating branches.
- Limited to 250 redemptions per month and 500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
- The primary cardholder must register to participate in the promotion on the transaction date via the channels specified by the bank. A confirmation SMS will be sent upon successful registration (if the quota is full, an SMS will be sent to notify that the quota has been reached).
- Cardholders must have enough UOB Rewards points as of the date the bank deducts the UOB Rewards points to provide the cashback.
- The bank will deduct points and credit the cashback to the primary cardholder’s credit card account within 60 days after the campaign ends.
- The UOB Rewards points deducted in this promotion cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or transferred to others.
- The spending made with UOB credit cards that will be calculated for this promotion will not include installment payments for goods/services, cancelled transactions, and transactions that have been refunded.
- The spending amount considered in this promotion will include only the spending made under the Merchant Category Code (MCC) as specified by VISA and MasterCard, and only the transaction date will be calculated.
- Cardholders should keep SMS confirmation received upon registration for verification purposes if needed.
- If cardholder had any dispute regarding the calculation of cashback, the primary cardholder must contact the bank within 30 days from the date the cashback is credited to the account for investigation.
- The bank is not responsible for any damage or defects related to the products and/or services. If customer had any cases, please contact the store directly.
- The bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or objections related to this promotion.
- These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
