- This promotion is only for UOB credit cards issued in Thailand. Cardholders must maintain their membership status and not have any overdue payments until the bank processes the point deductions/cashback.
- The cashback will be calculated based on spending made with UOB credit cards at Central Chidlom Luxe Zone within the campaign period only.
- Limited to 1 redemption/customer/campaign period.
- Limited to 125 redemptions per month and 250 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
- Limited up to 100,000 points redemption per customer throughout the campaign period
- The primary cardholder must SMS register to participate in the promotion and show successful message to redeem points with cashier on the transaction date. (If the quota is full, an SMS will be sent to notify that the quota has been reached).
- Cardholders must have enough UOB Rewards points as of the purchasing date to provide the cashback.
- Central’s cashier will deduct points and the Bank will be credit the cashback to the primary cardholder’s credit card account within 60 days after the campaign ends.
- The UOB Rewards points deducted in this promotion cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged or converted into cash or transferred to others.
- In the case where more than 100,000 points are redeemed, or points are redeemed in excess of the amount registered via SMS, the bank reserves the right to return only the excess redeemed points to the credit card and not credit the cashback to the card account.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with promotional campaigns from Central Online, Central Chat & Shop, or other promotional offers.
- Spending amounts used to calculate points redemption and cashback in this promotional campaign do not include spending through the following channels or categories: Purchases of any type of gift vouchers or gift cards, Top-ups to any type of prepaid cards, Purchases made for investment purposes, Wholesale transactions, Financial or insurance-related transactions of any kind, Product reservations or deposits, Monthly installment payments under 0% I-Plan, Spending at rental stores within the mall, Transactions that are later canceled
- Cardholders should keep SMS confirmation received upon registration for verification purposes if needed.
- If cardholder had any dispute regarding the calculation of cashback, the primary cardholder must contact the bank within 30 days from the date the cashback is credited to the account for investigation.
- The bank is not responsible for any damage or defects related to the products and/or services. If customer had any cases, please contact the store directly.
- The bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or objections related to this promotion.
- These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
