*Terms and Conditions for Privilege 1
- This privilege is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus cardholder with spending as per campaign requirement and register to participate the campaign.
- The Bank will calculate spending amount via UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit card for both primary and supplementary cards on the transaction date.
- UOB Extra Rewards Points will be calculated from spending/sales slip (both primary and supplementary card). Get 1,000 points when spending THB 60,000 – 199,999 or get 4,000 points when spending THB 200,000 – 499,999 or get 12,500 points when spending THB 500,000 and more and limit up to 50,000 points/cardholder/campaign period.
- UOB extra rewards will be transferred to primary cardholder’s account within 90 days after the campaign ends in condition that cardholder must maintain membership status until the date of extra point transfer in their accounts.
**Terms and Conditions for Privilege 2
- One primary cardholder will receive only one prize throughout the campaign period.
- If cardholder holds more than 1 UOB Royal Orchid Plus card type, spending in full amount will be calculated by each card type (combine primary and supplementary of same card type). Only one prize will be given to the card type with the highest spending throughout campaign period per criteria.
- The 1st – 5th top spenders of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card who receive Royal Orchid Holidays Package Tour: Milan – The Experience and the 1st – 5th top spenders of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Mastercard Credit Card who receive 500,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 3,000,000/campaign period.
- The 6th – 7th top spenders of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card and UOB Royal Orchid Plus Mastercard Credit Card who receive 360,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 1,500,000/campaign period.
- The 8th – 10th top spenders of UOB Royal Orchid Plus Visa Credit Card and UOB Royal Orchid Plus Mastercard Credit Card who receive 170,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles need to have accumulated spending with minimum at THB 1,000,000/campaign period.
- In the case there are cardholders who have same accumulated spending more than 1 person, the Bank reserves the right to give prize to cardholders who completes accumulated spending first in each rank.
- Royal Orchid Holidays Package Tour 1 prize for 2 persons valued at THB 299,998.
- 500,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent to two Thai Airways first class round-trip award ticket Bangkok-Europe, based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 September 2025.
- 360,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent to two Thai Airways business class round-trip award ticket Bangkok-Europe, based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 September 2025.
- 170,000 Royal Orchid Plus miles, equivalent to two Thai Airways economy class round-trip award ticket Bangkok-Europe, based on miles redemption rate of Thai airways as of 15 September 2025.
- Royal Orchid Plus miles are reserved for cardholders who provide Royal Orchid Plus membership account to the Bank only.
- The Bank will send SMS to notify eligible cardholders of their prize entitlement. Additionally, bank staff will contact by phone (with a minimum of 5 call attempts) using the phone number provided to the Bank on 5 March 2026.
- Eligible cardholders must confirm receiving the prize and Royal Orchid Plus membership account via SMS or direct contact from bank staff within 13 March 2026. Otherwise, top spenders will be disqualified.
- In the event that eligible cardholders do not confirm their prize entitlement via SMS or through contact from bank staff within the specified period, and/or fail to comply with all terms and conditions of the promotional campaign, the Bank reserves the right to award the prize to the next highest spender.
- A prize of Royal Orchid Holidays Package Tour: Milan – The Experience is for two persons. Top spenders may bring one companion, and top spenders must personally join the trip during 27 September – 3 October 2026. If top spenders are unable to travel during the specified period, the bank reserves the right to select an alternate top spender to receive the prize instead.
- The tour package includes round-trip business class airfare from Bangkok to Milan (including airport taxes, baggage allowance, and fuel surcharges), Italy visa application fees, 4 nights’ accommodation in 5-star hotels for 2 persons, admission fees of attractions, meals as indicated in the itinerary, tour vehicle, services of the travel support team from Bangkok throughout the overseas trip, travel insurance coverage of up to THB 3 million and gratuities for drivers, tour guide and local staffs. (The tour package does not include personal expenses outside the program such as passport fee, additional food and drinks, telephone charges, laundry, or re-entry permits for foreign nationals, etc.)
- Top spenders and their companion must obtain Italian visa valid for the travel period unless they are citizens of or exempt from visa requirements for Italy.
- In the event that top spenders and/or their companion are unable to depart Thailand or are denied entry to Italy, the prize will be considered forfeited, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.
- Top spenders and their companion must comply with all the details and conditions outlined in the tour program.
- Travel schedule may change due to factors beyond the Bank's control. The Bank reserves the right to change the program as appropriate to the situation during the trip.
- Top spenders must provide consent to take photographs and/or videos for purposes of marketing and public relations of the Bank.
- Tour Eurng Luang Co., Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the travel dates and program tour as deemed appropriate without prior notice, with the best interests of the customers as the primary consideration.
- Tour Eurng Luang Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by airlines, political events, weather conditions, immigration denial, or deportation. The Company will prioritize the best interests of customers.
- Royal Orchid Plus miles will be recorded in Royal Orchid Plus membership account within 90 days after the program ends.

- This UOB Royal Orchid Plus 24th Anniversary campaign is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit card issued in Thailand who spent and register this campaign via SMS or the UOB TMRW application during 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this campaign (the “Terms”).
- Cardholders required for one-time registration throughout the campaign and cardholders must keep response SMS as evidence of registration.

- Various spending items that were later canceled or voided for any reason

- Buying and selling Cryptocurrencies
- Investment, Mutual Fund, LTF, RMF, all types of Mutual Fund, stocks, and debt instruments
- Life insurance, health insurance, all types of insurance (the Bank will refer to Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5960 and 6300), Unit link product the Bank will refer to Merchant Category Code (MCC) 6211)
- Spending at Makro
- Spending at gas stations
- Installment payment of unbilled amount
- IPP conversion
- Monthly installment payment amount through UOB PayLater
- UOB PayAnything
- Cash Advance withdrawal and Call for Cash
- Electricity, water, utilities expense categories, and spending on Merchant Category Code (MCC) 4900
- Spending in Thai Baht at overseas merchants and online merchants (website or application) registered outside Thailand such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, PayPal, Netflix, and Apple
- Cancellation of any purchased products and services (domestically and internationally)
- Refund/ Reversal transaction
- Tax refund and tax on sales and services
- E-wallet top up, spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application
- Transaction incurred abroad in foreign currency will be converted to Thai Baht currency using the Bank's exchange rate for calculating the spending amount.
- Both Spending amount via primary and supplementary card will be calculated as one account for the primary card to receive UOB Extra Rewards Points, Royal Orchid Holidays package tour and Royal Orchid Plus miles.
- In the case that the cardholder cancels the spending amount after the campaign ends, the Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of UOB extra rewards and prizes received through your credit card account.
- This campaign is reserved for UOB Royal Orchid Plus credit cards that are issued in Thailand and cardholders must maintain membership status, with good payment history until the date of the receipt of the prizes.
- This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other campaigns.
- UOB Extra Rewards Points, Royal Orchid Holidays package tour and Royal Orchid Plus miles cannot be transferred to another person, changed, or exchanged for cash or other goods whether in partial or entire part of the prize.
- Royal Orchid Holidays package tour and Royal Orchid Plus miles are provided by third parties. The Bank is not an agent of the merchant and/or provider of the prizes. Therefore, the Bank is not involved in guaranteeing or guaranteeing the quality, value, or merchantability or suitability of the prize and the Bank will not be responsible for any actions or non-compliance or defects that occur in any prizes. Any disputes regarding prizes must be addressed directly to the merchant and/or prize provider. The Bank is not involved in assisting on behalf of the winner in dealing with merchants and/or prize suppliers.
- The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
- These terms and conditions may be translated into English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, Thai version shall prevail.
