Starting 22 November 2025, UOB will send SMS notifications for transactions made on supplementary cards only to the supplementary cardholder, provided the supplementary cardholder’s mobile number is registered in the Bank’s system (same as the OTP number).

No action is required if the supplementary cardholder’s mobile number is already registered for OTP.

Please note that the Bank will stop sending SMS notifications to the primary cardholder for transactions made on the supplementary card, except in cases where the supplementary cardholder’s mobile number is not registered in the Bank’s system.
