  • Earn 1 UOB Rewards Point for every THB 15 spent via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Cards in dining, travel and foreign currency categories, and every THB 20 when spending in other categories.
  • The Bank will refer to Visa and Mastercard Merchant Category Code (MCC Code) for spending categories, in which travel categories include hotel reservation, air tickets, car rental, and travel agent.
  • For spending in dining and travel categories in Thai Baht, the calculation of THB 15 = 1 UOB Rewards Point is limited to THB 200,000 per billing cycle. For spending over THB 200,000, every THB 20 would equal to 1 UOB Rewards Points.
  • For spending in foreign currency categories, the calculation excludes overseas spending in Thai Baht, and Money exchange.

  • Maximum spending of 20,000 THB/ Cycle from domestic and overseas gasoline stations will be calculated for Rewards Points.
  • Maximum spending of 200,000 THB/ Cycle from Supermarket/ Hypermarket (from MCC 5411) will be calculated for rewards points and customer will receive points on cycle cut date.
  • Maximum spending of 100,000 THB/ Cycle from UOB PayAnything program will be calculated for rewards points and customer will receive points on cycle cut date.
  • UOB Rewards Points will be calculated from spending on primary card and supplementary card and based on the post date only. UOB Rewards Points will be credited to primary card account on statement date.
  • UOB Rewards Points from spending transaction posted on cycle cut date will be included in Points Earned in the next statement cycle.
  • UOB Rewards Points have no expiry date.

  • UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred cardholders can enjoy an exclusive Preferred Fast Track to Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status program when spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or flying international routes as specified within 1 membership year (Membership year is 1 calendar year counting from card approval date until 1 year after):
    1. Spend THB 1 million or more; and
    2. Earn 22,000 qualifying miles(1) or fly 15 international flights with Thai Airways(2)
  • This privilege is reserved for only primary cardholders and cannot be transferred to other people. This privilege is reserved for cardholders who have remained UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card status and pay annual fee.
  • This privilege is not applicable for cardholders who already hold Royal Orchid Plus Gold status. Cardholders who already have Royal Orchid Plus Gold status will not be eligible for this privilege until current Gold status expires.
  • All UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card spending will be evaluated monthly. Once spending conditions and sufficient eligible miles/flights are accumulated, cardholders will be enrolled as Royal Orchid Plus Gold status for a full 2-year period which starts on enrolled date.
  • The evaluating period to attain Royal Orchid Plus Gold Status is within 1 card membership year (12 months) of your UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card.

  • To retain status, eligibility is based on spending via UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and earning qualifying miles or traveling on international routes according to the criteria:
    1. Spend THB 2 million or more within 2 years of receiving Royal Orchid Plus Gold status; and
    2. Earn 44,000 qualifying miles(1) or fly 30 international flights(2) with Thai Airways within 2 years of receiving Royal Orchid Plus Gold status,
      or earn 22,000 qualifying miles(1) or fly 15 international flights(2) with Thai Airways in the last 12 months prior to Gold status.

  • Cardholders can access to Coral Lounge at Suvarnabhumi airport Concourse A when flying domestic flights.
  • Cardholders can access to Royal Orchid Lounge at Chiang Mai airport when flying domestic flights or international flights.
  • Present your UOB Royal Orchid Plus Preferred Credit Card and Thai Airways boarding pass at a reception area of each lounge prior to use the service.
  • This privilege is available only to cardholders whose cards have been activated.
  • For new cardholders or cardholders who just receive replacement card will be able for lounge access 7 working days after card holders activate UOB Royal Orchid Plus Credit Card.
  • This privilege cannot be transferred to other persons or any companions.

  • Home Assistance provides Electrical repair assistance, plumbing and sanitary assistance, air-conditioning assistance, roof/ ceiling assistance, locksmith assistance, and venomous and poisonous animals control assistance.
  • Cardholders are entitled to get the privilege from Home Assistance for limit 1 time/ month and limit up to 2 times/ calendar year with maximum coverage of THB 2,000 per incident.
  • Cardholders are responsible for any amount exceeding THB 2,000 and the difference between the incurred cost and THB 2,000 cannot be carried forward to the next or any repair works.
  • Home Assistance covers only emergency call for service cost, arrangement cost, initial service fees, and transportation cost to and from your residence. The service does not include costs of equipment and spare parts and the expenses on this maintenance of such equipment.
  • Home Assistance provides service to the area in Bangkok Metropolitan region only. Cardholders have to present otherwise Home Assistance cannot provide the service.
  • After the service, guarantee will last for 6 months and if the problem occurs during the guarantee period, Home Assistance will provide mechanic contractor to solve the problem without any further payment required, excluding spare part fee.

  • Roadside Assistance provides emergency roadside repair, emergency towing service, gasoline refill service, and continuation of journey for trips at least 100 km away from the cardholder’s permanent residence.
  • Cardholders are entitled to get the privilege from Roadside Assistance up to 2 times/ calendar year and the cost up to THB 1,500/ time or not excess 20 km from the incident. Cardholders have to be at the incident.
  • Roadside Assistance does not include the cost of any parts of accessories. The cost of charge and services excess shall be bound entirely and directly by card members.
  • Roadside Assistance will not be responsible for any cost arising from damage to any goods or commercial goods.
  • Any fraud or modification made to the documents in order to conceal part or the whole of the fact, shall immediately terminate the responsibility of Roadside Assistance over any assistance for services and expenses.
