I am an existing UOB customer and I want to apply for a new TMRW Account. Why am I not given a new username and password?

We're making things simpler. As TMRW is part of UOB, you may use your existing UOB Personal Internet Banking username and password to sign in.

If you're unsure, don't worry, just tap "Sign up".

  5. Enter your Secure PIN when prompted.
  6. In the next screen, your username will be displayed. Proceed to change your password in this screen.

  8. You can now login with your new password.

  4. Select the option to authenticate using your "Email and SMS OTP" or "Card and ATM PIN".
  5. Enter your new Secure PIN when prompted.
  6. You can now login with your new Secure PIN.

If you have not opted for logging in with your Secure PIN, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to UOB TMRW app.
  2. Go to the profile icon at the top right corner of the home screen dashboard and select "Password and security".
  3. Tap on "Change Secure PIN".
  4. Tap on "Forgot Secure PIN".
  5. Select the option to authenticate using your "Email and SMS OTP" or "Card and ATM PIN".
  6. Enter your new Secure PIN when prompted.
  7. Your Secure PIN is now reset.

Certainly. You may use your existing UOB Debit or Credit Card PIN to set up the Secure PIN to authorise TMRW banking transactions.

The SMS One-Time Password (OTP) may have been sent to any previous number already registered with UOB, prior to your application. Call the UOB Contact Center: 02-285-1555 for assistance

You cannot change your username once that's been set up. However, if you forgot your username, please follow these steps to recover it:

There are two types of PINs :

  1. Secure PIN: 6-digit PIN which is used for important or high value transactions, as well as to retrieve your username and/or password in case you forget them. You can even opt in to log in using it when you are setting up your Secure PIN.
  2. Card PIN: 4-digit PIN (Credit Card) or 6-digit PIN (Debit Card) which is used to withdraw cash at ATMs and to reset your Secure PIN or username/password.

Using UOB Cash Plus

How does UOB Cash Plus work?

UOB Cash Plus is a line of credit product which offers cash loan to customers with flexible payments and instalment repayment options. You can drawdown on your Cash Plus credit limit through UOB TMRW app and we will disburse your cash loan into your UOB savings account. You can also use your UOB Cash Plus card to withdraw cash from ATM and do 0% instalment plans up to 36 months at participating merchants.

Here’s how you can repay your UOB Cash Plus loans. Log into UOB TMRW and go to UOB Cash Plus account > tap "Make a repayment" > Choose account > Select amount > Choose payment date > Review all details and confirm. You can choose to pay minimum payment, due amount, or other preferred amount.

TMRW Cash Plus is changed to UOB Cash Plus now. You can still use your loan amount as usual. Also, you can use your UOB Cash Plus card to withdraw cash from ATM and do installment plan at participating merchants.

Tracking and Managing Expenses

Can I set a limit for my purchases?

Yes, you can! To set a limit, navigate to your desired card and tap on "Services". Under "Transaction limits", tap on "Set card spending limits". You can change your in store and online purchases limits by entering your desired limit amount and select "Confirm". Authenticate this change with your Secure PIN.

Log in to UOB TMRW and view your TMRW Everyday Account balance. Tap on "TMRW Everyday Account" to view your recent transactions.

  1. You can select menu "View eStatement" at the button of the "Transaction" tab screen to view your eStatement.For Android, Tap on the month of the statement you would like to view or download. Your statement will be downloaded into your device. For iOS, Tap on the month of the statement you would like to view and click on the share icon on the top right hand corner of the screen to download the statement to your device.
  2. You can unsubscribe paper statement at Services > Manage Statements > select the account you want to drop the paper statement.
  3. You can choose to get the statement notification via Email or SMS at Services > Statement Notifications.

However, eStatement is not available for passbook account and loan accounts.

Rewards+

What is Rewards+?

The wait is over! You can now search/ view/ redeem rewards, or pay your credit card transaction using your credit card points.

  1. Browse/search for hot deals > Rewards+ dashboard
  2. See your points and rewards > My Rewards
  3. To redeem point > Rewards points
  4. Pay with Points > Credit card account > Transaction tap> Pay with Points
  • Go to "My Rewards" in Rewards+ menu to view your rewards wallet (points, UOB coupons, or e-vouchers).
  • In My Rewards only display the rewards that you redeemed using your credit card points, not include coupon or voucher from promotion fulfillment.
  • To see your redemption history, select your rewards and tap "history" at the top right corner.

Alright! You can search your favourite deals at Rewards+ by

  1. Browse by category > tap category icon (Retails & Services, Dinning, Travel, Reward Points)
  2. Scroll down to find all highlights and hot promotions
  3. Scroll down to the end to see all UOB Coupons
  4. Search for your favourite at the search icon

That's easy! Just tap to select your e-voucher from My Rewards and use e-voucher code on merchant app or show it to the merchant to scan.

To use your coupon online, tap your coupon to get code. To use your coupon at the merchant, go to your coupon and tap "Use it now", and ask merchant for redemption code.

You can redeem rewards using your credit card points.

  • Log into UOB TMRW > go to Rewards+ > tap to select your deals > select credit card to redeem > add quantity > review and swipe to confirm.
  • Also, don't forget to use your voucher or coupon before it expires.
  • You can view your coupons and e-voucher you've earned in My Rewards at the Rewards+ dashboard.

To do cash rebate

Log into UOB TMRW > go to Rewards+ > scroll down to find and tap to select a cash rebate card > select credit card to redeem > review and swipe to confirm.

Cashback will be redeemed to your credit card within 3 business days.

You can redeem mileague by logging into UOB TMRW > go to Rewards+ > travel icon > select your deal >select credit card to redeem > add quantity > review and swipe to confirm. You will need to register your loyalty program membership before your redeem your mileage.

To see your earned and redeemed points, Go to Rewards+ > My Rewards > select your credit card, coupon, or voucher > tap "history" at the top right corner.

Go to Rewards+ > tap to select your merchandise > select credit card to redeem > add quantity > fill delivery address > review and swipe to confirm.

Merchandised will be delivered within 7 business days. The merchant will contact you with delivery details.

You can pay your credit card transaction using your credit card point.

Go to credit card account > transaction tab > Pay with Points > select transaction(s) > swipe to confirm

The pay-with-points amount will deduct your balance payment immediately. But it might take 3 days to update the data in app. After you pay your transaction with points, you can pay your remaining balance as usual.

Search overseas deal easily by selecting country and the top right of "Rewards+" screen. Scroll down or choose category to view deals.

UOB rewards points cannot be transferred between UOB credit cards, but they can be redeemed for another loyalty program, such as The 1 point.

Conversion of Rewards Points usually takes 5-15 days. Please check your frequency flyer or loyalty membership program for updates.

Sorry. You cannot pay the rest with your card if you don't have enough points.

Your coupon or voucher from other marketing campaign will not be in your "My Rewards".

Points earned from supplement card spending will be accumulated to the primary card.

Can I pay home loan in UOB TMRW?

Apply and authentication

What products I can apply in UOB TMRW app?

We prepare packages that suit your life style, if you enjoy Cashback, select Smart Cashback, love reward redemption: Smile Rewards, or frequent traveler: Power Miles. Or you can choose the product you like, you can do product mix and match on your own too.

If you are a new customer applying via UOB TMRW app, you will need to open saving account in order to apply credit card, or to open saving account and apply credit card together in order to apply UOB CashPlus. If you already have a credit card, you can log in UOB TMRW app and apply credit card or UOB CashPlus at the "Services" menu.

Yes, you can choose not to get debit card.

We suggest you choose a branch you'll visit most frequently. If you go to a branch in another region, your transactions may incur extra fees. You can choose the preferred branch one time only, you cannot change it later.

That depends. To avoid delays, please verify your identity at any of our authentication points as soon as possible. We'll do various background checks after that, and inform you immediately once your account is successfully opened. We appreciate your patience on this.

Download the UOB TMRW App and tap "Start banking with UOB" followed by "Sign up" in the subsequent page. If you are an existing UOB customer. Your username and password remains the same as your UOB Personal Internet Banking.

Both accounts have different eligibility requirements. Don't worry, you can get a Debit Card as part of successfully opening a Saving Account if you choose Debit Card during sign up.

The minimum eligibility requirements for opening a saving account are:

Age :
You should be 20 years and above.
Nationality :
You are a Thai national and you are not born in the US nor a US resident.
Income :
If you are applying for a savings account only, there is no minimum income required. However, if you are interested in applying for a savings account and a credit card, then you are required to have a minimum income depends on the card you are applying.

To apply for a saving account, you will need your National ID card.

If you are applying for both a saving account and credit card, you will additionally need to prepare these documents:

Salaried Employee

  • Latest 1 month payslip
  • If you have additional income, upload latest6 months of bank statements or payslips

Self-Employed

  • Latest 6 months of bank statements and business registration details

For Income Document : Salaried Employee

  • Latest carbon payslip or
  • Latest payslip with latest 6 months of bank statements or

You must be 20 years old and above, a Thai citizen, have a minimum monthly income of THB15,000.

In order to make your sign up journey smooth, please study NDID conditions listed below.

  1. After you choose NDID authentication option, you will see only the providers that you've already enrolled NDID.
  2. If you've never enrolled NDID or want to change the NDID provider, you can select the new provider and coplete the NDID enrollment.
  3. Have the mobile app ready for identity authentication.
  4. Complete the NDID verification process within 60 minutes.

At present, we do not offer this service. Customers can sign up other UOB products at our branches nationwide.

Please login to the provider’s mobile application and check for the registration status, ensure that you have already applied for NDID, and all information is correct.

At present, we do not offer NDID Registration service to verify identity for other providers. Customers may registered NDID with other providers or service provider and sign up using NDID that registered with other providers

  1. Once your application has been submitted, you are required to verify yourself with your ID card at the nearest kiosk to you.

  5. If you face any error, retry the authentication process. Otherwise, please visit the nearest UOB branch for us to assist with your authentication.

Yes, UOB TMRW provide 2 options to authenticate which are 1) NDID and 2) Kiosk. If you change your mind after selecting NDID, you can change for 5 times at maximum.

Yes, there is requirement for customers to complete authentication within 60 minutes.

  1. Open your UOB TMRW App, enter your mobile number and tap "Log in".
  2. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  3. You will then see an on-screen message that your account is approved.
  4. Tap "Log in" and proceed to login with your username and password.

NDID is a platform to provide identity authentication (eKYC) that allows customers to do 100% online transactions such as eOpen Accounts, Digital Lending. Customers can now sign up TMRW product and authenticate using NDID.

Customers can now sign up TMRW product and authenticate using NDID with following steps:

  1. Select your preferred products, fill in personal data and select NDID as authentication method
  2. Read and accept NDID Term & Condition
  3. Read and consent National Credit Bureau in case that you sign up credit card and/or personal loan
  4. Select your preferred NDID provider
  5. Log in to your selected NDID provider Mobile Application and proceed with authentication steps. This authentication must be completed within 60 minutes
  6. Log in to UOB TMRW Application, fill out application form, and submit application
  7. Once you receive notification informing successful account opening, log in to UOB TMRW Application and start transact

To check your TMRW/UOB Account application status, follow these steps:

  1. Tap open your UOB TMRW App.
  2. Enter your mobile number and tap “Sign in”.
  3. Then, enter the One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number.
  4. Once you login, you should be able to see your application status right away.

To check your TMRW/ UOB Credit Card application status, follow these steps:

  1. Tap open your UOB TMRW App.
  2. Login with your username and password.
  3. Then, go to the bottom navigation bar menu and select "Services".
  4. Tap on “TMRW Application Status” to view the status of your application.

Wealth Portfolio View

What are the Wealth feature in UOB TMRW?

Wealth Portfolio View will allow you to track your investments and view your portfolio performance, including deposits, mutual fund investments, and insurance,in one place

Total cash available displayed in UOB TMRW is all your deposit holdings including joint account.

  • You can see the account number and balance of each account by login into UOB TMRW tapping at ">" at Total cash.

The amount of such mutual funds includes only mutual funds and does not include private funds and provident funds

You can view profit and loss estimates from the UOB TMRW at Wealth Portfolio View, tapping ">" at Investments. The profit and loss will be displayed in both amount (THB) and percentage (%) since the beginning of investment.

Wealth Portfolio View feature will only display information for mutual funds that are held within UOB accounts. It will not show information about mutual funds that a customer may have invested in through other banks or financial institutions. This means that customers who have invested in mutual funds with other banks will need to consult those banks directly for information about those investments.

The UOB TMRW system combines funds with the same name to allow clients to see the total amount invested in that fund in the total investment value screen. There is a separate detail to show amount of investment you have for each account on the fund details screen.

  • The Allow Redeemable Unit and the Allow Redeem Year are for LTF, SSF, SSFX, which show number of units and redeemable date that is not violate tax condition.
  • For general mutual funds, the value will be displayed as 0.000000, which does not affect the number of units that the customer wants to sell back. Clients can sell the funds they hold in full.
  • In the case of RMFs, such values ​​are not shown as in general mutual funds. If the customer wants to sell the RMF back, please check with the bank branch or asset management company to verify the holding conditions in order to prevent the sale against tax conditions.

The UOBAM Asset Management uses the English name of the normal fund and the tax deduction fund in the same name. Furthermore, UOB TMRW system consolidates funds with the same name in order to show the consolidated investment in total investment view with the detailed separation for description of investment to indicate the kind of mentioned funds.

UOB TMRW cannot transact mutual funds for you and can allow you to view the information of your portfolio. Transaction feature is now under development.

Proceeds from the redemption of investment units will be returned to investors at different timeline depending on the funds. Some funds will be returned on the same day that the unit allocation is completed. Some funds will be returned later than the successful allocation date. You can check the date of refund from the Fund Fact Sheet.

Asset management company or the bank will transfer the money of the redemption to the bank account specified by the customer to receive the redemption money. This may be a savings account of another bank; therefore, please contact the officer to check the details of the deposit account used to receive the redemption money.

If the customer closes the deposit account used to receive the sale proceeds back, the asset management company or the bank will issue a cash check to the customer at the address that the customer has given to the asset management company. In case the check is lost, customer can contact the asset management company to request the issuance of a new cash check.

The total asset value shown in Wealth Portfolio View feature will be updated after the allotment of the mutual funds. The timeline of allotment will depend on individual funds and can be found in Fund Factsheet.

The net asset value displayed on the UOB TMRW is updated every day at 9:00 AM for UOB Thailand. This may cause a difference in the net asset value displayed on the UOB TMRW compared to that shown in Asset Management Companies at other times of the day. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to our customers through regular updates.

You cannot buy, sell, or switch mutual funds in UOB TMRW. Transaction feature is now under development. Please stay tuned. You can buy, sell, or switch mutual funds through UOB's branches or Streaming Fund+.

Where can I find all fees and charges?

That's easy. You are required to check "Add to Favourites" option at the screen where you enter your transfer details. Once you have completed your transfer, the respective payee will be added to your favourites.

That's simple. Log in to UOB TMRW and tap "Favourites" on your main page. Scroll to select the payee from the list. Once selected, enter the amount you wish to transfer, and swipe to confirm.

Log in to UOB TMRW and tap "Favourites" on your main page. Select the payee you wish to edit or delete as "Favourites" and swipe left (for iOS) / tap the option button (for Android) to edit or delete payee.

To edit and delete your scheduled transfer, log into UOB TMRW, tap on the "Service" at the bottom right of the main screen, go to "Transaction settings", and tap on "Scheduled transfer"

You can make a payment or fund transfer via QR Payment in UOB TMRW 2 ways.

You can scan QR code or you can select a QR from your photo album by tap at the "Choose from gallery" button.

Log in to UOB TMRW and tap "Transfer" on your main page. Go to "Own Accounts" and select the account you intend to pay to.

To pay bills using UOB TMRW app is very easy.

  1. Tap "Pay Bills" on your main page
  2. Select the biller you intend to pay and enter the details
  3. Swipe to confirm and verify with Secure Pin

To pay credit card, go to Dashboard then swipe to the credit card then tap "Pay this card".

To pay Cash Plus, tap on "Make a repayment".

Log in to UOB TMRW and tap "Transfer" on your main page. Scroll to select the bank you intend to pay to. Then, enter the account number and transfer details. Check the "Add to Favourites" option if you want the details to be saved for your future transfers and swipe to confirm.

To permanently block and replace your card,

  • select credit card or account (for debit card) on the Dashboard > Tap on "Services" > Report lost or damaged card > Replace card > review mailing address and confirm.

There is no charge for TMRW card replacement. Other card replacements, fee waived for first-time replacement in a calendar year (except for UOB Visa Infinite Metal Card). Fees will be charged for subsequent replacements.
