Terms and Conditions for Siam Gift Card Redemption

  1. This promotion is exclusively for UOB credit cardholders issued in Thailand (except corporate credit cards).
  2. The promotion runs from 1 to 31 December 2025 as detailed in the table above.
  3. Spending cannot be accumulated from multiple receipts on the same day. Only single-receipt spending is eligible.
  4. Siam Gift Card valued at THB 3,000 can be used for the next purchase with a minimum spending of THB 6,000 per receipt at participating luxury stores in Siam Paragon. The Siam Gift Card expires on 15 February 2026
  5. Siam Gift Card valued at THB 1,000 received from spending with any UOB credit card can be used for the next purchase with a minimum spending of THB 2,000 per receipt at participating luxury stores in Siam Paragon. The Siam Gift Card expires on 15 February 2026
  6. Siam Gift Card valued at THB 500 received from spending with any UOB credit card can be used for the next purchase with a minimum spending of THB 1,000 per receipt at participating luxury stores in Siam Paragon. The Siam Gift Card expires on 15 February 2026
  7. Siam Gift Cards valued at THB 500 and THB 1,000 received as additional rewards from spending with UOB KrisFlyer credit card have no minimum spending requirement for the next purchase. The Siam Gift Cards expire on 30 November 2026
  8. Cardholders can choose to redeem only one reward per receipt.
  9. Redemption is limited to cardholders who redeem in person. If unable to redeem personally, an authorization letter is required for gift collection at the Information Counters located on G Floor North Wing, 1st Floor Star Dome, and 5th Floor Nextopia.
  10. Required documents for redemption include receipt from participating stores, national ID card, credit card, and credit card sales slip if payment was made by credit card.
  11. Cardholders may register their credit card at the Information Counters on G Floor North Wing, 1st Floor Star Dome, and 5th Floor Nextopia.
  12. Store staff purchasing items from their own store are not eligible for this promotion.
  13. Exclusions apply to the following receipts and transactions: Tax invoices or receipts issued under a company name / Tax invoices or receipts without a receipt number / Electronic tax invoices or receipts / Photocopies of receipts / Splitting a single purchase into multiple receipts / Receipts with a timestamp before the mall opening hours / Purchases of gift cards or top-up cards from any store / Receipts from online purchases of products or services / Receipts with partial or full payment made using credit notes, account credits, payment on credit, or store credits / Prepayments for goods / Payments made partially or fully from product exchanges or returns / Receipts for product reservations / Incomplete payments for goods / Deposit payments of any kind / Purchases made for commercial purposes, wholesale, or resale are not eligible for gift redemption / Gift redemption will be granted to cardholders who meet all conditions first or until gifts are out of stock
  14. Receipts used for redemption cannot be reused for other promotions or rewards.
  15. Siam Paragon Development Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change rewards, benefits, and conditions without prior notice.
  16. The company shall not be held responsible for any miscommunication by store staff.
  17. If a cardholder returns products after redeeming a gift, the store must notify the mall’s marketing team and the company reserves the right to reclaim the gift.
  18. This promotion cannot be combined with the Siam Paragon Anniversary promotion but can be combined with Credit Card Day.

  20. The bank and the company reserve the right to make final decisions on any disputes related to this promotion. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the decision of the bank and the company shall be final.
