Will my existing Standing Instructions/recurring payments with Citi be migrated to UOB?
All your existing direct debit, standing instructions and incoming funds transfers via Citi deposit accounts will be terminated on 19 April 2024 and will not be re-setup once your accounts are migrated to UOB, except for direct debit instructions to make payments for Citi Credit Cards through Citi deposit accounts.



If I have subscribed for e-Statements at Citi, will I automatically continue to receive e-Statements for migrated products or do I have to enroll for it again after the migration?
If you had previously enrolled for e-Statements with Citi, you will automatically be enrolled for e-Statements with UOB for your converted current and savings accounts, credit card and cash card.

Please note that for security reasons, UOB will discontinue the delivery of e-Statements (in PDF format) to your designated e-mail address. You will be able to retrieve and download your e-Statements via the UOB TMRW app. Please ensure to register for the UOB TMRW app to get access to your e-Statements.

For investment accounts previously enrolled for e-Statements, you will be receiving hard copy statements. You will also be able to retrieve e-Statements for your investment accounts via the UOB TMRW app.



How do I register for UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking (PIB)?
If you are currently a UOB TMRW user, you can log in to UOB TMRW application with your existing username and password.
To register as a new user, you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card number and Card ATM PIN to create a username and password for UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB).

How do I register for UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking (PIB)?

If you are currently a UOB TMRW user, you can log in to UOB TMRW application with your existing username and password. To register as a new user, you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card number and Card ATM PIN to create a username and password for UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB).
 

No. You are required to register for a new username and password via UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB) directly, which will be available on 21 April 2024, from 8:00 p.m. onwards.

Yes, you will be able to view migrated Citi account using your UOB username and password on UOB TMRW after the successful migration on 21 April 2024, from 6:00 p.m. onwards

In order to register for UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking services, you need to have existing UOB products first. You can choose to register for the new digital user directly through UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking (PIB) platforms, or visit UOB branch if you need assistance from our staff.
You are able to view the migrated accounts on the UOB TMRW application upon migration. However, UOB will communicate in advance should there be any products or accounts that will not be available on the app.
Currently, UOB TMRW app supports iOS 13 or higher and Android 9 or higher.

Yes, UOB TMRW app is available in Huawei AppGallery.

For app login with Face/Fingerprint ID, you can enable this feature during the first login or you can follow these steps after having already logged in:

  1. Tap on 'Profile' icon
  2. Select 'Password and security'
  3. Enable 'Log in with face or fingerprint'
Currently, UOB provides retail banking services through one mobile banking app, namely UOB TMRW. UOB Mighty application does not exist as of today.
The UOB Access feature is used to enhance online banking security when you perform certain transactions via Personal Internet Banking (PIB).

Yes, you can activate your Citi Credit/Debit Card on UOB TMRW app after the successful migration on 21 April 2024, from 18:00 p.m. onwards.

You will be able to redeem your rewards points via UOB’s channels with your existing Citi Credit Card or a new UOB Credit Card that has been reissued to you through the UOB TMRW app at the Rewards+ menu, UOB LINE Connect and at www.uob.co.th/rewards.

If you do not have a deposit account with Citi or UOB, you can register UOB TMRW app with your Citi Credit Card number by following below steps:
  1. Download "UOB TMRW Thailand" app from App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Launch the app and choose "Log in or create username"
  3. Tap on "Create a new username"
  4. Input personal information i.e., ID card/passport number and date of birth
  5. Confirm SMS OTP
  6. Input your Citi credit card number
  7. Create username and password
After complete registration, you can log in UOB TMRW app with your username and password.
 
In case of a lost card, credit card number is required to register UOB TMRW app. We advise you contact our UOB contact centre staff at 0-2285-1555 to issue a new credit card.
If you do not have a credit card nor a deposit account with Citi or UOB, you can register for UOB TMRW app upon receiving a new UOB Cash Plus card and following below steps:
  1. Download "UOB TMRW TH" app from App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Launch the app and choose "Log in or create username
  3. Tap on "Create a new username"
  4. Input personal information i.e., ID card/passport number and date of birth
  5. Confirm SMS OTP
  6. Input your 16-digit Cash Plus card number
  7. Create username and password
After complete registration, you can log in UOB TMRW app with your username and password.
 
Remark: Citi Ready Credit card number cannot be used to register UOB TMRW app.
For customers holding Citi or UOB deposit accounts and debit/credit card
You can register for UOB TMRW app by following below steps:
  1. Download "UOB TMRW TH" app from App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Launch the app and choose "Log in or create username
  3. Tap on "Create a new username"
  4. Input personal information i.e., ID card/passport number and date of birth
  5. Confirm SMS OTP
  6. Input your 16-digit Cash Plus card number
  7. Create username and password 

After completing registration, you can log in UOB TMRW app with your username and password.

For customers holding Citi or UOB deposit accounts without a debit card, we advise you to visit a UOB branch to request for a new debit card. Our staff will assist you in issuing new debit card and ATM PIN upfront without any entry fee or annual fee.
 
Alternatively, you can apply for UOB TMRW app service by filling out the registration form at UOB Branch and we will send a username to your email and a password to your mailing address within 5-7 working days. Once received, you can log in to UOB TMRW app and change your username and password.

Supplementary cardholder can register to use UOB TMRW app after the migration is completed.

Yes, you can log in UOB TMRW app with your previous username and password without having to re-register. If you forgot your username or password, you can follow below steps to access the app:
  1. Download "UOB TMRW TH" app from App Store or Google Play Store
  2. Launch the app and choose "Log in or create username"
  3. Tap on "Forgot?"
  4. Input personal information i.e., ID card/passport number and date of birth
  5. Confirm SMS OTP
  6. Verify your identity with
    • i. Credit or Cash Plus card number - if you don't have any Citi or UOB deposit account
       
    • ii. Credit/Debit/Cash Plus card number and ATM PIN - if you have Citi and/or UOB deposit account
  7. You'll be able to see your username and change password
After reset password, you can log in UOB TMRW app with your previous username and new password. However, if your username has already been deleted, you'll need to set up a new username.

In the case that you have forgotten your ATM PIN, please contact our UOB Call Centre at 0-2285-1555 to request for a new ATM PIN. We will send the ATM PIN to your mailing address within 7 days, for you to use as part of the authentication to register to access the UOB TMRW app.

In the case than an error message appears after inputting the ID type, please recheck whether you have selected the correct ID type of Citizen ID or Passport. It could be possible that when you signed up for a Citi product, you used another type of Identification Document. If you continue to receive the error message, please bring your Thai ID card or Passport (for non-Thai customers) to your nearest UOB branch to update your initial profile to resume the UOB TMRW app registration.

In the case that you do not receive a SMS OTP, it could be due to a discrepancy between the mobile number maintained in the Bank's system and the mobile number you are currently using. We advise you to visit any of our UOB branches to request an update of your mobile number and to bring a proof of mobile number ownership with you.

Yes, you can use UOB Personal Internet Banking (PIB) if you prefer not to download our mobile banking app.
UOB Personal Internet Banking (PIB) offers basic features such as viewing account balance, transferring funds, and paying bills. If you would like access to additional features such as Rewards+ and Wealth Portfolio View, we advise you to download UOB TMRW app onto your mobile for full functionality.

After the successful migration, you will be able to use your overseas mobile number to register for UOB TMRW app.

It could be due to an incorrect email address or blank field for the email in our system. Please provide your correct email address to any Branch Servicing Agent or Contact Centre Agent, who will then proceed with updating your email details in the system.

We advise you to input your nationality in “Country of Issue” field.
