When was the migration completed?

The migration of Citibank Thailand's Consumer Banking accounts to UOB Thailand was completed on 21 April 2024. 


After the migration, do I need to contact the branch to do anything?
You do not need to take any action at the branch. However, should you need assistance regarding account information or need help registering for the UOB TMRW app, please contact any UOB branch or find more information under the UOB TMRW section on the UOB website.

Will there be any change to the Call Centre contact number?
CitiPhone Banking will be available until 21 April 2024. From 22 April 2024 onwards, please contact UOB Call Centre at Tel. 0 2285 1555.


Will there be any change to the Contact Centre email address?
The Bank had discontinued services through citibankthailand@citi.com on 19 April 2024. Please contact us via uobcallcentre@uob.co.th.
