With our flexible payback scheme, the maximum loan value is
95% of the appraised value for buying new house and 90% for
re-financing.
For new house, the maximum loan is 95% of the
purchases price but no over 100% of the appraised
value of the Property and 90% for upcountry (For
Condominium, maximum loan is 95% of the purchases
price but no over 100% of the appraised value
and 75% for upcountry )
For refinancing, the maximum loan is 95% of
appraised value and 85% for upcountry (For Condominium,
maximum loan is 95% of appraised value and 80%
for upcountry)
For 2nd hand house, the maximum loan is 90%
of the appraised value and 80% for upcountry
(For Condominium, maximum loan is 90% of the
appraised value and 75% for upcountry )
For Construction,
the maximum loan is 85% of appraised land value
and construction value (70% for land value and
100% for construction value)
Remark For
property value at price is THB 10 Million or over,
maximum loan is 70% of appraisal value for all cases
Maximum loan tenor is up to 30
years (25 years for condominium in Greater BKK
and 20 years for condominium in Upcountry).
Maximum
loan amount is THB 10,000,000 (THB 7,500,000 for
upcountry).
