When will I be able to view my latest monthly electronic statement via UOB TMRW app?

You can view your latest statement and capture the QR code or barcode for making payments for your UOB credit cards or UOB Cash Plus cards through the UOB TMRW app, available 3 business days after your cycle cut date.

If you previously received paper statements, you will continue receive them, however you will also be able to access electronic statements via the UOB TMRW app.

For the ease of making payments, we recommend customers to make payments via UOB TMRW app where your credit line will be immediately restored.

If you would like to make a payment for the remaining balance using the QR code or barcode on your previous statement issued by Citi, you will be able to make payment untill 30 June 2024 through payment channels of:
• PromptPay through Mobile Banking or Internet Banking
• Payment partners including Thailand Post, Lotus's, Counter Service, mPAY and True Money kiosk (credit line will be restored 2 business days after making payment)

Your OneBill instructions made on your Citi credit card have been migrated, therefore you are not required to re-subscribe for such service.

What replacement card do I get for my Citi Ready Credit?

What card will I receive as a replacement to my Citi Ready Credit?

Your Citi Ready Credit account will be replaced with a UOB Cash Plus account. We are start sending out the new UOB Cash Plus cards to you during April-May 2024. If you would like to get cash from your UOB Cash Plus account while your card is in transit, please visit any of the UOB branches or call our Contact Centre for assistance.

Yes, that is correct. The credit limit for your Citi Ready Credit account and UOB Cash Plus account once combined shall not exceed 5 times your monthly each. The credit limit in your Citi Ready Credit account and UOB Cash Plus account will each remain the same and total credit limit will be combined.

However, in order to comply with the Bank of Thailand's notification on credit line exposure, which can be no more than 5 times a customer's monthly income, UOB shall review your credit card usage and credit limit within 12 months after the migration. UOB reserves the right to adjust your credit limit based on internal policy and discretion, which may affect all card products you have with UOB at that time.

Your Citi Ready Credit account will be replaced with a UOB Cash Plus account. If you currently have an existing UOB Cash Plus card, you will receive another UOB Cash Plus card as a replacement for your Citi Ready Credit card.

You do not need to change to a new credit card and can continue using your Citi Credit Card. UOB will send your replacement credit card at a later date. In the mean time, you can find more information of your replacement card Click here.

The majority of the bank's current credit card promotions are offered to both UOB credit cardholders and Citi credit card holders. Therefore, you will be able to continuously enjoy our credit card promotions.

Can I change my billing cycle?

How will the Billing Date, Payment Due Date, Payment Cycle and Outstanding balance change?

UOB already started to adjust and combine your billing dates to be 1 single date in order to align with UOB policy. You will be able to request a change to your billing cycle from May 2024 onwards.

Outstanding balance including principal, interest, and fees (if any), and rewards points on your credit card(s) and supplementary cards(s) will be transferred to your UOB credit card(s). You will be able to check your outstanding balances from the statement that UOB sends to you.

For customer who has both Citi and UOB Credit Cards and/or cash cards, or has multiple Citi Credit Cards with different billing dates, UOB already started to adjust and combine billing dates to be 1 single date in order to align with UOB policy. You can check your billing date, payment due date, instalment transaction and outstanding balance from the statement that UOB sends to you.

For credit card customer who makes full payment, grace period will be extended from 45 days to 55 days which you will enjoy longer interest free period after the migration. However for credit card customer who makes partial payment, grace period will remain unchanged at 55 days.

You can request to change the billing cycle date later from May 2024 onwards.

UOB system allows only 1 single billing date for all product holdings under the same customer, and thus you cannot request to have multiple billing dates.

Direct Debit

Will direct debit service with third-party bank for Citi Credit Card / Citi Ready Credit payments still be available?

You can apply for the direct debit service via UOB deposit account at any of our UOB branches from 22 April 2024 onwards. 

For the direct debit service via Citi deposit account, the service will continue automatically to your UOB deposit account after migration.

Recurring payment service for utilities is currently unavailable for UOB Cash Plus members. As an alternative, you may apply for the service using a UOB Credit Card.

Please be informed that recurring payment service for utilities through Citi Ready Credit will be charged to your cash card until April 2024, except for charges from 3BB, Metropolitan Waterworks Authority and True Group services, which be charged until March 2024.

Yes, Citi OneBill subscriptions via your credit cards have been continue.

Your monthly insurance premium payments booked prior to the migration date have been continue debited from your UOB Cash Plus account until its maturity date. For new insurance premium payments, please specify your new 16-digit UOB Cash Plus card number to start making payments.

If you had set up a direct debit from your Citibank account for your Citi Credit Card payments, those payments have been automatically debited from your UOB account converted from Citi. All other previous standing instructions and direct debits from your Citi accounts will not apply to your UOB accounts. To avoid payment disruptions, please notify the payees on your new UOB account number.

Credit Card and Rewards Points

Will the credit limit for Citi Credit Card(s) and/or Citi Ready Credit change?

Your credit card and cash card credit limit will remain unchanged. However, in order to comply with the Bank of Thailand’s notification on credit line exposure, which can be no more than 5 times a customer’s monthly income, UOB shall review your credit card usage and credit limit within 12 months after the migration. You can request for a temporary credit line increase service for credit cards via UOB branches, UOB Call Centre, and UOB TMRW app.

Yes, you can continue to use your credit cards until UOB issues a new replacement UOB Credit Card for you from June-July 2024 onwards.

After the migration, you will start to receive credit card statement from UOB, where you will be able to make payments via UOB's payment channels listed below:

  • UOB TMRW app, UOB Personal Internet Banking (PIB), ATM/ CDM
  • PromptPay through Mobile Banking or Internet Banking
  • Direct debit through UOB savings account
  • Payment partners including Thailand Post, Lotus's, Counter Service, mPay and True Money kiosk (credit line restored within 2 working days)

If you would like to make a payment for the remaining balance on your previous statement provided by Citi, you can use details provided on that statement to make payment 
via channels below during  22 April 2024 – 30 June 2024 only. Payment channels include:

  • PromptPay through Mobile Banking or Internet Banking
  • Payment partners including Thailand Post, Lotus's, Counter Service, mPAY and True Money kiosk (credit line restored with 2 working days)

No, you are not required to cancel your Citi Credit Card. You can continue to use both your UOB and Citi Credit Cards until further notice.

All of your past e-Statements have not been migrated to UOB.

All your outstanding rewards points have been transferred to UOB at the same rate and continue to have no expiry.

Rewards points earned on the converted credit cards after the migration will continue to have no expiry.

You can redeem your rewards points with your existing Citi Credit Card or new UOB Credit Card through UOB TMRW app (Rewards+), UOB LINE Connect and www.uob.co.th/rewards.

UOB TMRW App

Will I be able to use my existing Citi Mobile® App username and password to log in to UOB TMRW application or Personal Internet Banking (PIB)?

The username and password of Citi Mobile® App cannot be used to log in your UOB digital platforms immediately. You are required to register for a new username and password via UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB) directly.

Yes, you can view migrated Citi account using your UOB username and password.

If you are currently a UOB TMRW App user, you can log in to UOB TMRW application with your existing username and password.

To register as a new user, you can use your Credit Card or Debit Card number and Card ATM PIN to create a username and password for UOB TMRW app or Personal Internet Banking (PIB).

You will no longer be able to use your Citibank Online and Citi Mobile App services upon termination on 19 April 2024, 8:00 p.m. onwards

Currently, UOB TMRW app supports iOS 13 or higher and Android 9 or higher.

If you had previously enrolled for e-Statements with Citi, you will automatically be enrolled for e-Statements with UOB for your converted current and savings account, Citi Credit Card and Citi Ready Credit account.

Please note that for security reasons, UOB will discontinue the delivery of e-Statements (in PDF format) to your designated e-mail address which you previously received with Citi. You will be able to retrieve and download your e-Statements via UOB TMRW app. Please ensure to register for UOB TMRW app to get access to your e-Statements.
