Dear Valued Customer,
We trust this letter finds you well and that you are enjoying the privileges and benefits the Bank offers.
Following the transfer of the Consumer Banking Business of Citibank, N.A., Bangkok Branch (“Citibank”) to the Bank in November 2022, the Bank is delighted to inform you that we will be migrating your Citibank accounts and products to UOB during the second quarter of 2024.
If you have received email from the Bank, our records show that you have an invalid national ID card number registered in our system which will impact the process of the migration of your Citibank account(s) and product(s) to UOB. To ensure that you continue to have a seamless banking experience post migration, we will be reaching out to you to update your personal information.
It is imperative that you update your personal information before 15 March 2024 to avoid disruption to the following services:
- Transacting on your account(s)
- View your transaction records
- Single view of all your combined accounts
- Receive transaction alerts and service disruption notification
- Receive latest announcements and privileges
Please expect a call from our Contact Centre via phone number 1588. If you have been contacted by the Bank regarding this and you have provided the required information/instruction, please disregard this letter.
Furthermore, the Bank would like to remind you that we have stopped sending SMS and emails with embedded links, except for those who consent. Should you receive SMS and/or emails with embedded links, please suspect that it is fraud. To report scams, please call Fraud Hotline at 0-2344-9555.
