Terms and Conditions for UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card acquisition promotion

Terms and Conditions for Earning KrisFlyer mile:

1. This promotion is reserved for customers who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card primary card from 1 Oct - 31 Dec’26 and provide customer’s email address in the application form which must be approved by UOB within 15 Jan’27.
2. Earn 5,000 KrisFlyer miles when customer spend THB 20,000 within 60 days after card approval date.
3. In accordance with the spending criteria, the Bank will only consider spending on the UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card (primary and supplementary card combined). In the event that the customer applies for the UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card along with other UOB Credit Cards, the Bank reserves the right not to reward transactions incurred from spending on other credit card accounts as well as the following payments and transactions: unbilled installment payments, purchasing of funds, insurance with unit-linked product, cash advance, Fund Transfer, money exchange, cancellation of products and services domestically or internationally, tax refund, interest, fines and any and all fees.
4. The Bank will transfer KrisFlyer miles to customer’s KrisFlyer accounts within 90 days after the required spending is achieved per terms and conditions.
5. KrisFlyer miles are not exchangeable for cash or transfer to other accounts.
6. Card holders who earn KrisFlyer miles from this program are not eligible to receive any gifts from other UOB Credit Card acquisition programs.
7. This promotion is reserved for card holders who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card. Card holders must maintain membership and have good payment history until the day the Bank offers the rewards to card holders.
8. Customers must not be existing UOB Credit Card holders or have closed their UOB Credit Card more than 6 months from the account closure date until the day applying for a new credit card.
9. Any changes related to this promotion is at the Bank’s sole discretion. The Bank will give prior notice of any changes under this promotion.
10. The approval of credit card is specified by the Bank at its sole discretion of approval criteria.
11. Terms and conditions are available in Thai and English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.

5. GrabFood Code Terms and Conditions
   1. The THB 500 discount voucher can be used only once and cannot be split across multiple transactions. If the order value is less than THB 500, the full voucher value will be applied, with no refund or compensation for any unused balance.
   2. Consumers must fill in the promotion code field and choose GrabPay as payment method using UOB KrisFlyer World Credit Card before booking the order.
   3. The voucher code may be used in conjunction with other promotional codes, subject to Grab's applicable terms and conditions.
   4. Users are responsible for paying any remaining food and service charges after the discount has been applied. If the discount exceeds the order value, the excess amount cannot be redeemed for cash or carried forward for future use.
   5. Grab reserves the right to suspend service or invalidate the voucher code in the event of system or application issues, or if the user's account is suspended, without prior notice or compensation.

For lounge access services:
If the customer spends a minimum of THB 100,000 with the card as per the specified conditions, they will receive an SMS from the bank within 30 days after the end of each calendar quarter. Customers can present their card at the Miracle Lounge counter to access the lounge.

For limousine services:
If the customer has booked a flight ticket through Flying Orange, they may contact Flying Orange directly or call 0-2308-2699 to reserve the limousine service at least 3 days prior to their travel date

Yes. All miles earned are transferred directly to your KrisFlyer account, where you can redeem for:
