KrisFlyer Miles terms and conditions

• This promotion is reserved for customers who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card primary card from from 1 Jan’25 – 31 Dec’25, and provide customer’s email address in the application form which must be approved by UOB within within 15 Jan’ 26.
• Earn 20,000 KrisFlyer miles when customer spend THB 50,000 within 60 days after the month in which the spending meets the criteria.
• In accordance with the spending criteria, the Bank will only consider spending on the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card (primary and supplementary card combined). In the event that the customer applies for the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card along with other UOB Credit Cards, the Bank reserves the right not to reward transactions incurred from spending on other credit card accounts as well as the following payments and transactions: Unbilled installment, purchasing of funds, insurance with unit-linked product, cash advance, Fund Transfer,Utilities (MCC 4900), spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application (MCC5999), PayAnything transactions, money exchange, cancellation of products and services domestically or internationally, tax refund, interest, fines and any fees.
• The Bank will transfer KrisFlyer miles to customer’s KrisFlyer accounts within 90 days after the required spending is achieved per terms and conditions.
• KrisFlyer miles are not exchangeable for cash or transfer to other accounts.
• In case customers used to hold UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card previously and closed it less than 6 months from the opened date of new UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card, the Bank reserves the right not to award 20,000 KrisFlyer miles.​

Terms and Conditions for Starbucks e-Coupon:

• This promotion is reserved for those who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card (primary card) and provide email in application form from 1 Feb ’25 – 30 Apr ‘25; provided that the application must be approved within 15 May ‘25.
• The Bank reserves the right for cardholders who have spending minimum of THB 100,000 within 60 days after card approval date. In the event that the customer applies for the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card along with other UOB Credit Cards, the Bank reserves the right not to calculate transactions incurred from spending on other credit card accounts as well as the following payments and transactions: Unbilled installment, purchasing of funds, insurance with unit-linked product, cash advance, Fund Transfer, Utilities (MCC 4900), spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application (MCC5999), PayAnything transactions, money exchange, cancellation of products and services domestically or internationally, tax refund, interest, fines and any fees.
• The Bank will send the code to eligible cardholders within 90 days after the month in which the spending meets the criteria.
• The spending will be accumulated from primary and supplementary card combined.
• The customer is required to register this campaign via SMS or the UOB TMRW application and to retain the SMS confirmation reply message for future reference.
• Terms and Conditions for the Starbucks e-Coupon code redemption
• E-coupons can only be used by scanning the QR code on mobile devices such as phones, iPads, or tablets.
• Card members can only use the coupon via links, applications, or other sources provided by the bank. Screenshots of e-coupons are not allowed.
• The e-coupon can only be used to pay for products and services at Starbucks stores.
• Cardmembers can use the e-coupon multiple times until the balance is depleted.
• The e-coupon can be combined with other ongoing promotions at Starbucks.
• E-coupons are valid at all Starbucks locations in Thailand.
• The e-coupon cannot be reloaded, transferred to a Starbucks card, or added to the Starbucks app.
• E-coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and do not offer additional benefits from Starbucks.
• A card member can use up to 15 e-coupons in a single transaction.
• Other individuals besides the coupon owner are not permitted to access or disclose the coupon usage details. If the coupon has been used, and the card member has inquiries, they can directly contact Starbucks Customer Care at 02-339-0996.

• Terms and conditions are available in Thai and English language. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between Thai and English versions, the Thai version shall prevail.”

• This promotion is reserved for those who apply for UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card (primary card) and provide email in application form from 16 Oct’24 – 31 Dec’24; provided that the application must be approved within 15 Jan’25.
• The Bank reserves the right for cardholders who have spending minimum of THB 300,000 within 60 days after card approval date. In the event that the customer applies for the UOB KrisFlyer World Elite Credit Card along with other UOB Credit Cards, the Bank reserves the right not to calculate  transactions incurred from spending on other credit card accounts as well as the following payments and transactions: Unbilled installment, purchasing of funds, insurance with unit-linked product, cash advance, Fund Transfer, Utilities (MCC 4900), spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application (MCC5999), PayAnything transactions, money exchange, cancellation of products and services domestically or internationally, tax refund, interest, fines and any fees.
• Reserved this promotion for customers who have never held UOB KrisFlyer World Elite credit card before.
• Eligible cardholders will receive a redemption code to redeem one round-trip Economy Class ticket on Singapore Airlines for travel between Bangkok and Singapore valued at THB 7,300 (valued as of 1 October 2024)
• The Bank will send the code to eligible cardholders within 60 days after the month in which the spending meets the criteria.
• The cardholders acknowledge and agree that the Bank will send the names & KrisFlyer numbers of the cardholders to Singapore Airlines for the air ticket redemption.
• The redemption code has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other accounts.
• The redemption code will be considered as used once cardholders successfully book a flight. Once the booking is made, the code will no longer be valid.

Terms and Conditions for the air ticket code redemption

• The redemption code is for a round-trip Economy Class ticket on Singapore Airlines for travel between Bangkok and Singapore valued at THB 7,300 (valued as of 1 October 2024).
• If there are any cancellation or void of the transactions, the bank will charge the amount according to claim value of air ticket.
• The bank will calculate the spending via UOB KrisFlyer Credit Card, primary and supplementary card combined.
• Eligible card member must inform full name and the redemption code when make a booking with Singapore Airlines Contact Center.
• Card members are required to retain the SMS confirmation reply message for future reference.

  Air ticket details:

  1. The ticket must be issued by 30 May 2025 and validity for travel outbound is from 16 December 2024 to 30 November 2025. No extension will be allowed.
  2. To redeem the ticket, cardholders must contact Singapore Airlines Contact Center directly at tel. 0-2460-7511, Monday to Friday 08.00 – 00hrs Thailand time.
  3. 14 days’ advance booking before departure is required.
  4. The ticket has no monetary value, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. The ticket is eligible for mileage accrual.
  6. The passenger is responsible for all out-of-pocket expenses valued at THB2,495 (correct as of 1 October 2024 and subject to change) for airport tax, travel tax, etc.
  7. The ticket is only applicable for flights booked on Singapore Airlines.
  8. The ticket is applicable only for travel flights that depart from Bangkok.
  9. The booking will be on a specific booking class (V class) and subject to seat availability. Limited inventory during public holidays.
  10. Seats based on this promotion are only applicable for “V” booking class. If unavailable, the next available on higher booking class (or combination of mixed classes) will be offered and passengers will need to absorb for the fare difference.
  11. In the event that passengers request for upgrade to Business Class, the fare difference will be borne to passengers.
  12. Flight or date changes and no-show fees are applied based on the terms and conditions of the ticket.
  13. Cancellation of a flight booking is not allowed, and no refund will be given for such cancellation by a passenger. Any unused portion of the ticket must be returned to Singapore Airlines for cancellation.
  14. Change of name is not allowed upon successful booking of a flight.
  15. Max stay requirements may apply for returning flights. The returning flight must be within 1 months after departure flight.
  16. Additional terms and conditions are subject to Singapore Airlines.
