  1. The UOB Lucky Draw: MINI PS Bespoke Edition Campaign (“Campaign”) is valid from 15 September 2023 to 31 December 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Campaign Period”). By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign (the “Terms”).
  1. This Campaign is open to all holders of an Eligible Card. For the purposes of these Terms, “Eligible Card” refers to any Visa and MasterCard credit card issued by UOB Thailand, but does not include any UOB Debit cards and UOB Corporate cards
  1. To participate in the UOB Lucky Draw Campaign, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:
    A customer must successfully register to participate in this Campaign ("Registration") either
    • By sending an SMS in the following format by using your registered mobile number with UOB Thailand within the Campaign Period: Type MNC (space) follow with last 10 digits of credit card number and send to 4545111 (cost THB3/SMS), or
    • By online registering via a banner shown in Rewards+ feature from UOB TMRW Mobile Application (free of charge). There is replied SMS sent to your registered mobile number to confirm your successfully registration. One successful registration effectively applies for entire program period.
  1. Only successful registration being received by UOB will be considered for the entire Campaign period. Any incomplete or inaccurate Campaign Registration will not be considered and consequently be disqualified. A customer must keep a replied SMS as an evidence of Registration.
  1. For the purposes of these Terms:
    1. 5.1 “Eligible Transactions” shall means collectively, from local and overseas retail spending transactions which calculate a chance of spending at Transaction Date, but shall exclude the Excluded Transactions.

    2. 5.2 “Excluded Transactions” shall mean:
      1. any bill payments, tax payments, payments at government agencies, insurance premiums, donations;
      2. fees charges, interest charges, late payment charges, finance charges, annual fee charge, personal loan charges, ATM withdrawal;
      3. balance and/or funds transfers;
      4. transactions relating to top-ups of any pre-paid card and/or mobile wallet (including but not limited to Grab mobile wallet top-up transactions, Shopeepay, YouTrip, EZLINK, TRANSIT LINK);
      5. transactions relating to money transfers;
      6. any amount charged that is subsequently cancelled, voided or reversed for any reason;
      7. Spending in currency exchange;
      8. Buying and selling cryptocurrencies (Cryptocurrency);
      9. Utility bill payment, water bill, electricity bill;
      10. Insurance and mutual fund subscriptions, investment purchases, financial transactions, all types of insurance payment;
      11. Tax refund, reversals or refund transactions;
      12. IPP full transaction amount incurred via EDC at merchant which the bank will calculate a chance for IPP billed being charged monthly instead. For IPP conversions being charged monthly, the bank will calculate a chance for the full amount of payment after doing the split payment transaction;
      13. Monthly automatic utility payment via credit card (recurring bill payment), UOB CUSTOMER CARE program, UOB LADY LUXE PAY program;
      14. Cash advance;
      15. Sales and service tax;
      16. Transactions made by Corporate, Purchasing and Private Label Cards; and
      17. any payment made with the following Merchant Category Codes (“MCC”):

    3. 5.3 “Local Credit Card or Overseas Retail Transactions in THB Currency” refers to transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services which are successfully charged to your eligible credit card in Thai Baht currency and posted on UOB’s systems, and which are effected in at merchants with a payment gateway in Thailand or with a payment gateway outside Thailand but auto converted in Thai Baht currency (MCP) or process with a payment gateway outside Thailand but which are charged or effected in Thai Baht at the time of the transaction (DCC). For the avoidance of doubt, online transactions effected in Thai Baht currency at merchants with payment gateways in overseas will also be treated as Local Credit Card Retail Transactions.
    4. 5.4 “Overseas Credit Card Retail Transactions in Foreign Currency” refers to transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services which are processed with a payment outside Thailand and successfully charged to your eligible credit card in a foreign currency. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions for the purchase of goods and/or services which are processed outside Thailand but which are charged or effected in Thai Baht at the time of the transaction (DCC) will be treated as a Local Credit Card RetailTransactions. Spending in Thai Baht currency through online stores (websites or applications) registered in foreign countries such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc. (MCP), will be also treated as a Local Credit Card Retail Transaction.
    5. 5.5 UOB Bank reserves the right at any time to amend the list of Eligible Transactions and the list of Excluded Transactions in its sole discretion being paid by UOB Credit Cards
    6. 5.6 All Overseas Credit Card Transactions effected in foreign currencies will be converted into Thai Baht based on UOB’s prevailing exchange rate and the Thai Baht amount posted on UOB’s system will be used for the purposes of computing the Lucky Draw spend requirement in this Campaign.
    7. 5.7 The Eligible Transactions charged by a principal holder of an Eligible Card may be aggregated with the Eligible Transactions charged by the supplementary holder of that Eligible Card for the purposes of computing the Lucky Draw spend requirement in this Campaign.
    8. 5.8 A merchant’s registered MCC may not always correspond with its nature of business. The MCCs are assigned by the merchant’s acquiring bank. UOB does not determine the merchants’ MCC. UOB shall not be liable in any way whatsoever relating to the categorisation of a merchant’s MCC.
  1. Upon successful SMS Registration, all credit card types belong to your hold will be automatically enrolled into the Campaign and awarded chances in the Campaign based on the Thai Baht value of each transactions charged to your Eligible Card (at Transaction Date) during the entire Campaign Period in accordance with the table below:

Bonus Chances for new Credit Cardholder who apply for a credit card during 15 September 2023 – 30 November 2023 (Never have UOB Credit Card or TMRW Credit Card or Ever had but closed account over 6 months) If you successfully apply for a new Eligible Card (a principal cardholder) during the Campaign Period which is approved by 30 November 2023 and have credit card retail spending at least 5,000 Baht, according to new to credit card acquisition program, within 31 December 2023 after cards is approved and activated, you shall also be eligible to receive a bonus X3 chances for every 1,000 Baht spent per transaction (the “Bonus Chances”) during program period in the Lucky Draw for each such new Eligible Card approved by UOB during the Campaign Period. There is no cap on the maximum number of Bonus Chances that you may earn for the purposes of this Lucky Draw.       You shall also be eligible to receive a bonus X3 chances for every 1,000 Baht spent per transaction (the “Bonus Chances”) during program period if:
    • a) If you are a new or existing UOB Privileges Banking and UOB Privilege Reserve customer during the Campaign Period, and meet the minimum cash deposit and/or investment balance of 10,000,000 Baht for UOB Privileges Banking and 50,000,000 Baht for UOB Reserve (or its equivalent in foreign currency) as the primary account holder of your UOB Privilege Banking Account and UOB Privilege Reserve as at 31 December 2023

  1. Extra Chances for UOB TMRW Application User You shall also be eligible to receive 10 extra chances per month (the “Extra Chances”) allocated on-top of chances pursuant to Clause 6, Clause 8 and Clause 9 mentioned above if:
    1. you are a UOB credit card customer who perform 1 Pay-with-Points transaction together with perform 1 Rewards Redemption transaction per month via Rewards+ feature from UOB TMRW Application; and

    18.2 Registration and delivery of the MINI Cooper SE Prize shall be subject to fulfilment of specified instructions or conditions as may be required by the Dealer. If UOB determines that you are ineligible to participate in this Promotion or to receive the Reward, UOB may in its sole discretion forfeit the Reward, reclaim the Reward or charge to and debit an amount equal to the value of the Reward from any of your accounts with UOB without prior notice to you. If the monies standing to the credit of your accounts are insufficient to reimburse UOB, you shall immediately reimburse UOB for the value of the Reward through such means as UOB may determine in its sole discretion.
