*Terms & Conditions for Privilege 1:
- This campaign is reserved for UOB Mercedes cardholders who have spent via UOB Mercedes credit card and register this campaign via SMS or the UOB TMRW application during 16 Jul – 15 Oct ’25 (the “Campaign Period”).
- The Bank will calculate spending on the participating transactions via UOB Mercedes credit card for both primary and supplementary cards on the transaction date. The cardholder must have accumulated spending amount according to the specified period: the 1st round is between 16 Jul – 15 Aug ’25, the 2nd round is between 16 Aug – 15 Sep ’25 and the 3rd round is between 16 Aug – 15 Sep ’25.
- Receive cash rebate THB 500 when have accumulated spending THB 50,000 - 99,999 / spending period.
- Receive cash rebate THB 1,200 when have accumulated spending THB 100,000 and more / spending period.
- Limit cash rebate up to THB 3,600/ cardholder/ campaign period.
- Cash rebate will be credited to the registered primary cardholders within 90 days after campaign ended. Cardholders must maintain membership status until the Bank credits the cash rebate.
- Cash rebate cannot be changed, or exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
**Terms & Conditions for Privilege 2:
- Eligibility is calculated from new application of UOB Mercedes credit card or the cardholders’ spending on the participating transactions via both primary and supplementary card during 16 Jul – 15 Oct ’25 as following.
- Get 1 chance for every THB 1,000/sales slip for general spending.
- Get 6 chances for every THB 1,000/sales slip at Authorized Mercedes-Benz Retail Partners nationwide.
- Get 16 chances for new customer who applies for UOB Mercedes credit card (primary card only) and get credit card approval between 16 Jul – 15 Oct ’25.
- New Customer means any applicant who have never own any UOB credit card or existed customer who cancelled using credit card for more than 6 months.
- The Bank reserves the rights to calculate participating spending for the lucky draw chances, including making amendments to the list of cardholders who are disqualified according to terms and conditions of this campaign in all cases at the Bank’s sole discretion.
- The Bank will conduct the lucky draw on 1 Dec ’25 at 11.00 AM at a branch of United Overseas Bank Thai (PCL). The details of the 15 winners (“The Winners”) will be announced at www.uob.co.th on 11 Dec ’25.
- 1st prize: The exclusive Germany trip 6D4N for 2 persons valued at THB 590,299 (5 prizes)
- 2nd prize: Hotel voucher at Renaissance Pattaya, Balcony Sea View for one night including breakfast for 2 persons valued at THB 11,900 (10 prizes)
- The Winners will be contacted via email and by UOB’s Call Center via the telephone number provided to the Bank within 7 business days after the Bank’s announcement date.
- It is a requirement that the Winners are obligated to pay the withholding tax 5% of the total value of the prize received, according to the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 4/2528 together with the Revenue Departmental Order. No. Tor Por 104/2544. The Bank will charge the withholding tax into the Winner’s UOB Mercedes primary credit card.
- For the prize confirmation, the Winners shall respond and/or agree to confirm the Bank to deduct withholding tax within 30 Dec ’25 via the channels or methods specified by the Bank. Otherwise, the Winners will be disqualified.
- In the case that UOB’s Call Center is unable to reach the Winners via the telephone number provided to the Bank within 7 business days after the Bank’s announcement date (unable to contact within 22 Dec ’25), including the event that the Winner does not show up to redeem the prize within the specified period and/or does not comply with all terms and conditions of this campaign, the Bank reserves the right to offer the prize to the next reserve winner.
- A prize of the exclusive Germany trip 6D4N is for two persons. The Winner may bring one companion, and the Winner must personally join the trip during 17-23 Mar ’26. If the Winner is unable to travel during the specified period, the bank reserves the right to select an alternate winner to receive the prize instead.
- The tour package includes round-trip business class airfare from Bangkok to Frankfurt (including airport taxes, baggage allowance, and fuel surcharges), 4 nights’ accommodation in 5-star hotels for 2 persons, admission fees of attractions, meals as indicated in the itinerary, tour coach, services of the travel support team from Bangkok throughout the overseas trip, travel insurance coverage of up to THB 5 million and gratuities for drivers and hotel staff. (The tour package does not include: Schengen visa application fees, personal expenses outside the program such as additional food and drinks, telephone charges, laundry, or re-entry permits for foreign nationals, etc.)
- The Winners and their companion must obtain a Schengen visa valid for the travel period, unless they are citizens of or exempt from visa requirements for Schengen countries.
- In the event that the Winners and/or their companion are unable to depart Thailand or are denied entry to Germany, the prize will be considered forfeited, and no replacement or compensation will be provided.
- The Winners and their companion must comply with all the details and conditions outlined in the tour program.
- Travel schedule may change due to factors beyond the Bank's control. The Bank reserves the right to change the program as appropriate to the situation during the trip.
- The Winners must provide consent to take photographs and/or videos for purposes of marketing and public relations of the Bank.
- The hotel voucher at Renaissance Pattaya, Balcony Sea View for one night including breakfast for 2 persons voucher is applicable for both weekends & weekdays, subject to availability; advance reservation is required.
- Hotel voucher is not applicable on hotel blackout dates including Chinese New Year, Songkran Festival, and the Festive Season in December. Exact dates can be confirmed with the hotel’s reservation team.
- A supplementary charge applies for higher room categories if requested.
- Room quotas may be limited on certain dates when events or fairs take place in Pattaya.
- Hotel voucher is valid until 31 May ’26.
- Staff of United Overseas Bank (Thai) (PCL), UOB’s related corporations and affiliates, and staff of Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) and its related corporations and affiliates shall not be eligible to participate in this campaign.

- This campaign is reserved for UOB Mercedes credit card issued in Thailand only. Cardholder must register to participate in the campaign during 16 Jul – 15 Oct ’25 via Rewards+ (free of charge) or via SMS by typing MBA6 (space) followed by last 12 digits of Credit Card number and send 4545111 (SMS fee depends on your package).
- Cardholders required for one-time SMS registration throughout the campaign and cardholders must keep response SMS as evidence of registration.
- “Participating spending transactions” means spending transactions with UOB Mercedes credit cards both within Thailand and overseas by calculating the spending amount on transaction date. List of non-participating transactions are as follow:
- Fees, interest, and penalties in case of default financial expenses, credit card annual fee, withdrawing money from an ATM

- Money transfer (balance and/or funds transfers) and all types of transactions involving money transfers
- Various spending items that were later canceled or voided for any reason
- Foreign currency exchange
- Cryptocurrency-related transactions
- Purchase of Unit Link Insurance and mutual fund
- Tax refund, Reversal or Refund
- The full amount of Installment transactions at Point of Sales, swiped through EDC and Transactions that later is converted to Installment (IPP conversion). However, UOB will count the right based on Installment amount billed at each cycle date but within campaign period.
- Cash Advance withdrawal, Call for Cash and PayAnything programs
- Tax on sales and services
- Total spending at gas stations nationwide
- Utilities, products and services fee under MCC 4900
- E-wallet top up, spending via easyBills, easyBills+ website or application
- Monthly installment payment amount through UOB PayLater
- Transaction incurred abroad in foreign currency will be converted to Thai Baht currency using the Bank's exchange rate for calculating the spending amount. After that, it will be counted as the number of rights to get the chance of Lucky Draw according to the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
- Both Spending amount via primary and supplementary card will be calculated as one account for the primary card to receive cash rebate and/or get chance for a lucky draw.
- In the event that the cardholder cancels the spending amount after the campaign ends, the Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of cash rebate and prizes received through your credit card account.
- The Winners must maintain UOB Mercedes credit card’s membership status with proven good payment record until cash rebate credited and/or the prize received.
- Cash rebate and all types of prizes cannot be transferred to another person, changed, or exchanged for cash or other goods whether in partial or entire part of the prize.
- The Bank reserves the right to decide on any disputes or disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign.
