Italy Visa privilege for UOB Zenith card members

Terms & Conditions

• UOB primary Zenith cardholders need to provide both proof of accommodation and flight reservation.
• The required documents are
  • UOB Zenith credit card
  • Valid national passport
  • Visa application form and one recent passport-format photo
  • Other documents required for the specific type of Schengen visa (e.g round-trip air ticket booking, hotel booking confirmation, overseas medical insurance)
• Qualifying dependents (spouse and children under 18 years of age), who do not hold their own UOB Zenith credit card, must attend the Visa Application Center at the same time as the main cardholder and must submit the necessary supporting documents required by the Embassy.
• All visa applications will be assessed in accordance with the Italy’s Immigration rules. This service does not guarantee a visa will be issued.
• The visa application form must be filled out in English and signed by the applicant. Applicants must go in person to the visa application center to submit their application and enroll in the biometrics.
• The Embassy of Italy – in exceptional circumstances and upon communication - reserves the right to change or discontinue the service.

• The Bank has no involvement in goods and services, visa decisions are the sole prerogative of the concerned Embassy.
• The Bank reserves rights of final decision on any dispute arising out of or in connection with this privilege.
